However, The Venusian Arts reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Venusian Arts reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever.

The Venusian Arts reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in The Venusian Arts's sole discretion.

Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself or your children in any Communication Service. The Venusian Arts does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, The Venusian Arts specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. TERMINATION/ACCESS RESTRICTION

The Venusian Arts reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to The Venusian Arts Web Site and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. GOVERNING LAW, VENUE To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of The Venusian Arts Web Site. Use of the The Venusian Arts Web Site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph. GENERAL You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and The Venusian Arts as a result of this agreement or use of The Venusian Arts Web Site. The Venusian Arts's performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of The Venusian Arts's right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the The Venusian Arts Web Site or information provided to or gathered by The Venusian Arts with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect. Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and The Venusian Arts with respect to The Venusian Arts Web Site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between the user and The Venusian Arts with respect to the The Venusian Arts Web Site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent an d subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. It is the express wish to the parties that this agreement and all related documents be drawn up in English.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT

Pursuant to Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c)(2), notifications of claimed copyright infringement under United States copyright law should be sent to Service Provider's Designated Agent. ALL INQUIRIES NOT RELEVANT TO THE FOLLOWING PROCEDURE WILL RECEIVE NO RESPONSE. See Notice and Procedure for Making Claims of Copyright Infringement.

NOTICES AND PROCEDURE FOR MAKING CLAIMS OF "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE" FOR LIVE TRAINING

By signing up for one of our live training programs, you understand and agree to the following "money back guarantee" policy: If, on the final day of the training, before 7 PM, you are not satisfied with the quality of instruction offered, you will be given a refund of amounts paid, less Venusian Arts LLC's expenses in facilitating your participation (credit card fees, materials, cover charges, etc.). You agree and understand that you have no claim to a refund if any of the following conditions apply: You were late to or absent from any scheduled program activity; you did not perform any program exercise or activity; you did not inform a Venusian Arts representative of the issues that are concerning you and give Venusian Arts LLC adequate time to correct these issues during the program; you violated any part of your "Agreement of Participation" for your specific live training; or if you do not request a refund in person on the last day of your live training program, before 7 PM. We will do our very best to ensure you got amazing value for money. Some students will come with certain expectations of both how a bootcamp should be run and what they should have at the end of it. If you have any specific expectations, please ensure you highlight these in writing prior to the bootcamp, to enable a coach to discuss these with you before making your booking. And if you have any personal goals, again please submit these in writing prior to the bootcamp so a VA coach can discuss these with you at your live program. Should you feel during a seminar your needs are not being met (as discussed above) or that the quality in any way is below your expectations - please immediately speak to your instructor or the onsite Program Director (they will announce themselves at the beginning of the program) - they will then endeavour to the full extent of their ability to address your concerns. Regarding deposits or any refunds requested prior to commencement of a live program: Deposits are non refundable - unless in extenuating circumstances. You will appreciate there are only minimual places for seminars and infield taught by Venusian Arts, and as such, cancelling prior to a bootcamp is a costly exercise that we can not afford, so refunds are only given in extreme circumstances (deaths in the immediate family, etc) to students who are unable to attend a program. In certain circumstances we may offer you the option to transfer monies paid to another bootcamp, if notice is given within 2 weeks of a bootcamp date. Once you have paid your deposit to attend a seminar/bootcamp/training session this is your commitment to pay in full the remaining sums owed as broken down in the invoice we sent you. Your place will only be fully reserved once you reply to the email we send you, accepting the terms of booking. On receipt of your acceptance, we will send you the 'pre-reading course material' which you will need to get the best from your program. You will appreciate that your place can not be filled by others at short notice, and there are significant costs born by Venusian Arts in booking of coaches, instructors, seminar rooms, refreshments and guests lists for clubs - therefore we need early notice for any refunds as follows: More than 1 month notice - 90% refund 3 weeks+ notice - 75% refund 2 weeks+ notice = 50% refund 1 week+ notice = 24% refund You will also note that even if you have only paid a portion of the program cost, you would still be liable for any monies unpaid, minus the refund percentage due to you per the above chart. We cannot accept last-minute notices about not being able to get time off work. Please ensure you can arrange travel, accommodation, time off work, permission from family decision makers, etc, before booking your live program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Cook County, Illinois, U.S.A. in all disputes.
