I know this review is long, but I wanted to make sure I talked about everything so I broke it up into parts.

Where to start? Let’s start it this way The Dallas boot camp was like taking the red pill. What I perceived as real was all wrong. My reality was shattered and now I am a true believer. I’ll be totally honest and tell you I was skeptical about the whole community and the art of pick up. I first heard about it from the VH1 show and thought this was all bullshit. It’s got to be all fake and fixed scenarios, but I was wrong and seeing it firsthand occur in a random bar with just about anybody converted me. I know a lot of people are upset about the show and saying that it destroyed the community but it sometimes takes something as massive as that for AFC to get access to the community, and let me tell u it has not hurt the game at all. I’ll break this review up for you in pieces so that it’s not just a bunch of excited rambling, and that way I can cover everything about it. I read the material, read the forums, watched the online videos, etc. etc., but none of it compared to the boot camp in what it had to offer. Having people that are so informed about it showing you stuff from their personal experiences that can be found nowhere else is priceless. Each and every single instructor is totally invested in the ideas they are share which make them even more empowering.

The instructors

Matador, Brock, Groove, Elansin, and Swift

I have to thank each and every one of you for your genuine during the entire bootcamp. Not once did I feel like this was a stage for you to brag and show off your skill, but rather I felt like you were there to share with us information that would change our lives. I didn’t get a chance to work one on one with everyone of you but each instructor there brought something unique to the bootcamp. I don’t consider these guys friends but I feel they are more like family.

Matador

What can I say he’s the man? When he enters the room u can just feel the confidence coming off the guy. He had the whole leader of men vibe and everyone in the room couldn’t resist the urge to turn and look at him. He is also a very intelligent individual and all his theories (which are new and changing everyday) are well thought out and not just random ideas he came up with the night before. His kung fu is at a whole different level and inspires you. He’s also a very accessible and will answer any question you got even the crazy ones. We’ll get to his demos later here.

Brock

This guy screams Rockstar. When I first saw him enter the room with his Elvis shades and complete look I got the feeling that this guy was cool and he had knew what was up. As an educator is see a lot of people teaching and I have to say this guy is very good at what he does. Not once did I feel like I was sleepy (Well ok one time, sorry Groove, it was when u were talking about identity, but in my defense I didn’t get back to the hotel till 9:30 that morning and hadn’t gone to sleep yet. You weren’t boring I promise. Thanks Cory lol! And yes the bootcamp is that crazy I promise). He presents the information very clearly, and has a great presenting style that is very professional. You can tell this guy is smart and very articulate.

Groove

I didn’t spend as much time with him which I regret not doing, but he also carried the Rockstar look very well. He also presented very well and knew what he was talking about.

Elansin

This guy had the whole cool guy look, not really Rockstar, but instead that guy u wanted to hang out with at the club. I’ll be honest he did look really young and I thought what is this guy going to offer us, but he made me eat my words the first time he spoke to us. His kung fu is different and he has that personality that makes him very successful at the comfort game. He is also very critical and great at giving advice while you are role-playing in class.

Swift

This was my boy. He took me under his wing and spent a lot of time with me. He’s like Google when it comes to ideas and techniques for the game. He’s got this explosive personality that is very contagious. He did the whole GQ more clean cut pretty boy look which somehow the contrast of that and his personality made him pop even more. He’s great at doing the fun party guy thing when we go out and kinos girls like crazy. I have to give an extra thank you to this guy for his help, and I will not let you down.
For all of you that are skeptical about the quality of the instructors, don’t be most of these guys are college educated or are going to college and they are very intelligent, not just party guys out to make a buck (BUT OMG THEY CAN PARTY!)

The Seminar Portion

I’ll give the pros and the cons about what we did during the day.

The Pros

The information we got during this part of the day was fantastic. It reinforced the whole Venusian Arts method, which is Mystery’s Method. At the same time it offered stuff that was completely new and not out on the web. The day schedule was supposed to be from 2-6. Each day started at about 2 and ended at about 9:30 so that was about 7 hours each day of techniques. They even bought us pizza so we didn’t waste time going out to eat, which was great because it was that much more class time. Each instructor would present on different parts of the method, and Matador also taught very large portions of the seminar himself. So it was great hearing it from one of the true masters. It really makes it stick with you. We got to get in groups and role-play and ask our questions about our sticking points so we could overcome them. In comparison to the review I read about the previous bootcamps very little time was wasted, breaks were short and it was back to work. They are really getting their bootcamps together.

The Cons

The information was so much it seemed hard to squeeze it into 3 days. Also I would have been nice to have been provided a packet at the end of the class with all the information covered so we could use that to fill in the gaps in our notes. Time to practice our routines would have also been nice. I was hard with class letting out at 9:30 and the night portion starting at 10:30. The hour barely gave us enough time to get ready. Some videos of infield stuff would have been great, so that the instructors could point out what was being done correctly and incorrectly. Maybe they can get some spy cameras and give them to students that volunteer in upcoming bootcamps that way they can get some new footage that they can use for this purpose. Even with the 7 hour day it was still too short for the amount of information.

The night portion

Ok this is the fun part. Honestly I can’t find any cons for this except that I wish I could have been in more than one place at a time to see everyone demo and the second night I did miss a lot of Matadors demos. (Spy camera guys you need to get some). At the same time I can’t complain about missing those demos because I was out opening my own sets. That is the key to the night portion u have to just say FUCK IT! And open, open, and open. It’s all practice.

Night 1

The first night was demo’s night, and let me tell you everything you hear about Matador is true. He was out picking up girls, grabbing their tits, grabbing their asses, and making out with them. The crazy part is that instead of slapping him they were loving it. All the instructors were out opening set and asking if we wanted to see demos. There were no excuses given by any of them if you did want them to open. They would simply go in ad open, and every set would just smile and have a good time. It was incredible. As for my set opening ability, I was still really nervous, and instead of making it worse they were there to encourage and remind us that we were the Alfa males and everyone wanted to talk to us. I did manage to open 4 sets that night which was still the best I had done in a long time

Night 2

The second night was a whole new animal. Matador continued to open sets and just have girls all over him. His game was so good, one time he just went up to a girl looked at her and they started making out, she even insisted the 2nd kiss. At one point he had 4 girls in a row basically line up and just made out with each one. But then came the superhero kung fu slow-motion matrix move of the night. The girl that he had walked up to earlier and just started making out with came back and after a little game he grabbed her and disappeared. Well lets just put it this was you know Debbie Does Dallas, well that all I have to say. I cant even make this shit up to saound any crazier. As far as me I decided earlier that day in class after working on tighten my opener and DHV story that I was going to go out and open everybody, I just didn’t give a shit who they were, they were going to be grateful that I evne talked to them that night. So get this I went from 4 sets the night before to a staggering 31 (yes you read that right bitches lol), kiss closed 2 (more like made out), and got groped on one. The crazy part about all this is that I only got blown out of one set. The previos night I got blow out of 3 of my 4 ha-ha. My kung fu was strong that night, but I still have a lot to learn especially on how to escalate and understand their reactions to do that. The thing is everything in the set at first happened at the speed of light and if you think about it you lose it. I’ll talk about 1 highlight because I don’t want to chew your ear off. On third set I was with my boy Swift and he say a girl dancing by herself and tell me to go grab her hand and twirl her (btw girls love to be twirled, it always works and they never refuse). I did that and then she turns and grabs me all laughing and happy ask questions that I have no idea what they were. Then she turned to a guy that was standing by the bar and said that she was there with her boyfriend. So swift goes in and takes him, I go in and introduce myself. He’s all smiles, and then she asks her boyfriend if I could take her to the dance floor. So get this third set and I’m already stealing a girl from her boyfriend, I fucking love it. So we go out and immediately she grabs my hands and puts them on her ass. While we are dancing she grabs my hands and puts them on her tits, so no I’m just rolling with it and I lean in starting biting the neck pull up and as I do that I get a tongue from my chin to my nose. So we start making out ha-ha. This went on for a while but the night was young, I wanted to open more sets. So I see this guy that was watching us dance behind the girl (creepy fucker) point to her point to him thumbs up him spin her and give her away. Best part about it was as I left I petted the guy on the head and said goodbye. So yes there is hope for everyone and bootcamp is definitely a ticket to get there.

Swift all I have to say is the Sinister Smile gambit is all kinds of fun and made kino happen almost instantly.

Also special thanks to our 3 girl pivots they were great at making us look so important special thanks to Jennifer for walking around the club arm in arm and pumping me up to other people. Also Laura that Smell gambit was the bomb. I am so going to use that one.

Final Thoughts

Overall I would rate VA bootcamps 9.5 out of 10. The information was great the club nights were awesome. The people were fantastic. Each of the instructors gave their numbers to us and told us to call them anytime we needed to. Brock wants each of his students to call or email him every week with updates. So they do invest more than just one weekend when you sign up for the bootcamp. I highly recommend attending one if u can it’s the best money u will spend. I’m in Graduate School and I feel I got more out of these 3 days than I have in 5 months of college. It basically is Social College, and the information we learned can be used in more than just picking up girls. It’s all about a lifestyle of confidence and success. You can’t wait for your life to change you have to make it change, and this is a great place to start. Thank you all again and look forward to attending another bootcamp and hopefully you’ll be in Texas again.
