FIrst, I probably wouldn’t mention having children until you are building comfort and a connection during your first hang out. People hear the world children and automatically think “baggage!” so you have to mention them talk about how proud you are of them, maybe even tell some soft story about some scary thing that happened while you were younger (something like Mystery’s story about his baby niece), and then after that go into something else that conveys more about your personality. You should convey that your children, while vitally important to you, are not the sole defining characteristic of your life. You need to have fascinating, interesting, or just plain cool hobbies and interests on the side. Bring her into THAT reality. She needs to realize that you want her for HER, that you want to bring her into your life, and that you are NOT just looking for a mother for your children.
