Default Chest acne

Over the past week or so, I've had small little pimples appear on my chest. I hoped that they would go away by themselves, but they haven't. Sometimes they kind of itch, and I was wondering why they're there and how I can get rid of them. Thanks.

(By the way, I'm 16 years old, if that's important.)

welcome to puberty.

Go to a dermatologist.
Buy lotions.
Absord sunlight.

Or wait.

You can also try soaking a small towel in a mixture of 6:1 hot water and vinegar (Apple cider vinegar is alleged to work best), and then laying in down on your chest for 5-10 mins a day.

(You can find countless info on this on Google)

Drinking lots of water (8-10 glasses a day) really helped with my acne.

Exfoliating is also helpful. You can get fancy products and scrubs that will do this, but a loofah will do the job just fine. Scrubbing away the dead skin on the surface layer of your body helps to prevent blocked dirt and oil, which in essence, is what a pimple is.

Exfoliating also helps prevent ingrown hairs, if you shave

Cheers!

Having a few spots isn't the same as Acne. Acne is caused by high hormone levels making the stuff that sits at the top of your pours becoming infected. I take Doxycycline to prevent this. The doctors prescribe it without much question (in the UK at least), it's a very common anti-biotic.
