girl coming over, help needed

Hello,
I have met this girl like 2 month ago in the dining hall and I had a lot of observed and told DHVs (from my best girl friend). So, I started to flirt with her using negs, FDs, FTCs, keeping body language confident etc. We started talking about movies and she brought up "Despicable Me" and told me to watch it with her. I said sure whatever you know? But we have never watched it. The second time I saw her, she gave me her number. Third time I saw her she told me when are we gonna watch it. But I honestly was not interested in her, so i didn't give a f*ck lol. (which i think helped :P). This week after spring break, I still have a lot of exams and stuff, so i have no time for game or anything. All I am doing is working out, soccer, dancing, studying, and making my inner game stronger. Trying to get those high values observed more. So, I was talking to a friend and I told her that I should call her for a booty call. So, i texted her (btw I never texted her before and I have talked to her 3 times the whole time):

Me: "Hey. When are we gonna watch Despicable Me?"
HB: "This weekend? "
Me: "My place or yours?"
HB: "Do you have a dvd playaaaa"
Me: "Lol we can put it on a laptop"

(I havent gotten any texts from her yet but she texts slow and I do the same so it kinda works out )

I am going to text her on thursday and flirt a little bit and then tell her to come over on friday night.

tl;dr
My question is what should I do? I have never had a thing like that before. I wanna make her come around 9ish. My roommate is not gonna be in the room, plus i had a plan to clean my room on Thursday after my exam. How should I initiate? I know its BS when people say the right moment but at the same time, should I at least start watching the movie? and then, when to initiate? despicable me is not kind of a movie that has romantic scene or anything. So, shortly after, wait till half way through. Idk. I am good at pickup but really bad at seduction. The only time I actually hooked up with someone was I didn't give any excuses for her to come (my exact words were "Come to my room in 20 mins" and I just didn't say anything as soon as she came in. Just did it lol.

One more thing I forgot to say, shes really comfortable me giving her kinos. I have tried some sensual kinos but not a lot.

Okay start watching the movie in a comfortable place preferably your couch or on your bed. Start off with kino light touching and all your normal game. Escalate your kino further and further.
