Help! Never recieved password for Revelation PDF

Hello,

I ordered Revelation on August 20th, and although I received an order confirmation email as well as a password for myvenusianarts.com, I never received a password to open the PDF.

I emailed info@venusianarts.com as well as support@venusianarts.com concerning the matter and have yet to receive a response. I've also called 1-800-958-6109, the number listed on the website and the order confirmation email I received, and left a message.

The charge has already been posted to my credit card and I have not received the product I paid for.

What should I do?
