As topic. I made an order of the DVD and CD package as well as the printed version of Revelation around 2 weeks ago. Apart from order confirmation, I receive nothing from Venusian Arts. No tracking information was provided. Absolutely nothing! I've submitted the enquiry through the official product support form, but no one has replied. Then, I emailed to info@venusianarts.com and chris@venusianarts.com but again, no reply! I'm seriously frustrated over this! Anyone experienced this before? What shall I do?
