i noticed when i feel good things go smoother talking witth women and it is noticable in my body laungauge. On the other hand if i get a rejection or something happens i get a feeling of embarresment and that also shows up in my body langauge. It almost feels like im wearing a shirt that reads afc lol im new at this. Is there a mental routine that i can tell myself to keep focused reguardless of the outcome?
