    Hi guys/girls

    There's a guy at the gym i work at. that is a great personal trainer but isn't to gaining the clients needed to hit target.

    I've been trying to help him out as i feel he's the best trainer at our gym and people would benifit from his advise and knowledge.

    His style of selling is to plant seeds. Go interact, correct someones technique explain what he does then leave without selling.

    Is there a better way and how can i help him?

    Te technique he is using is not bad, in this business firstly it is necessary to gain the trust of the client. But after this its also necessary to ask for your service afterward. He should ask the client whether he is fully satisfied with the existing one or not. Asking is very important in this business .
