    There is no such thing as only losing belly fat, I have to remind you guys of this. Some people will lose belly fat faster than others, but this has all to do with genetics. There is no magic excercise for this.

    Ps. Carbohydrates seem to be some kind of factor in having a bloated belly. You should check into it because I haven't.

                  well i was just like you recently. the best thing is to workout . workout so hard and really do it. and then don't eat heavy foods at night. just something light. and make a meal plan for you preferably 1200 calories a day

                        I think belly fat is actually the most risky kind of fat. There are many ways to lose belly fat like you should sleep proper at least 6 to 8 hours in the day.
