Okay,

The Mystery Method forum is off-line again, probably for legal reasons, so I'll have to make my post here.

Tonight dealt me an unexpected encounter.

Very long day at work, what with meetings, teaching undergraduates and my own research.

Anyway, 11.15pm, I meet Fishbulb and Fixious just for a drink.

12.30 and Fish say's right let's do some shit.

Fishbulb goes into a 3-set, he didn't appear to need a wing, so I go into a 2-set and Fixious was gonna wing me when I gave him the 'hand-on-the-back-of-the-neck' signal.

I go in with my groundbreaking opener - and they love it.

Fixious comes in, but it's his first time winging, so he just sits there and doesn't say anything.

I carry on with my routine and get to 'The Cube'. Enough said, I'm in. It turns out that they are both into three-somes, i.e., themselves (Tori and Abi) and a bloke of anyone of their choice.

I think that because I number closed them both together - and they were both into me, that I could have them both together. I don't think it's a big thing for them, to be fair they were both art graduates.

I had a good set last night.

I ran The Cube, and for the first time in ages I interpreted it wrong! She still enjoyed it though. I've found it's easier to run it on 2 girls simultaneously becasue I can take the angle that I'm exploring the dynamics of their friendship.

Wow!

I had a great night tonight.

It started at 7.15pm, I met Picogiant for a pre-salsa coffee.

Opened a 3 set last night. Before I even asked the question one of the girls said "I hate your shirt!" oooo no-one's been on for a couple of days so I guess I'll make a post as pointless as it may be.

Been working on my frame lately and everything seems to be going really well. Interactions are alot smoother and meeting new people is going well too.

I'd seen Muthaship become an opening machine, but I was only observing. Tonight, however, I realized that he's got his stuff together when I came in to wing him. I had no control whatsoever in the set, the girl was fixed on him - total reversal. He'd built all the attraction he needed and he was getting all the IOI's (but he'll tell you about that in his post).

Pico, that white room routine is gold man! I tried it the other night and this girl's body language did a complete turn around - from arms crossed to leaning in literally transfixed on the interpretation! I've found it's important to give them a chance to partly interpret it for themselves and they make it work for you with hardly any effort. All you have to do is agree. Awesome stuff!

Cheers purps - you were my first contact in the game and I owe most of this to you. I have seen a huge improvement in my game in the last week or so. Opening has become second nature and my routine has really taken shape.

I remember when I used to wing you in a set and I was amazed at how you could hold their attention while I was left standing there almost speechless. Last night when I opened that set and you came in to wing the tables had completely turned. Even though you were talking to one of the girls she kept looking over at me - exactly how things used to be for me! They were totally into it and even though they hadn't seen their friends for 7 months they wanted to stay talking to us! The five questions game worked perfectly and she even ran a routine on me! It was a really fun interaction and that is the most important thing.

Whitey and I have had a great week and I've learnt so much from him about being playful and just sarging everyone you meet. That way you don't have to get "in frame" -you're always on. We had an awesome day sarge during the week and the nerves were 10 times as bad as night game. There were no routines, just thinking on your feet and being completely direct. We had big grins on our face all day and the adrenaline was pumping so much we had to sit down for a drink cos our legs were shaking!

I've come so far in the past few months since I started - more so than I ever thought possible. Still a long way to go and always room for improvement but i'm feeling very positive about life in general.

As Whitey said - "If it's not fun, you're doing it wrong". And i'm having so much fun right now.

I've taken up bodybuilding and based on my experiences I have to recommend this to everyone. There are loads of benefits but the main ones for me are relief of stress and increased confidence.

"Game" wise things are ok. 5 new f-closes for June and i've been using much more direct game and making better use of my social circle. Things are much more enjoyable and natural now.

Well fellas, my first night out in Exeter for close on two years.
Started out with a nice little 21st Birthday Party for one of my wings colleagues (HB8 but in an LTR and I'm not really into BF destroying for an 8)
Managed to get a good strong frame in place, tested out some of the old classics and decided I need to refresh my canned material a fair bit. Field tested my Wings Beethoven opener a bit more, seems to be developing well so far. Dealt with a few AMOG attempts, mostly about my hat (used the lighter throw "fetch!!" line succesfully) Hit up timepiece for a little bit just reaclimatising to it. Overall evening ended up with drinks being bought for me ("5 questions" as a bet) a few tests of some old stuff (nice to not have any pressure on acheiving with a comfortable LTR still going) A good night, I'm still preferring Exmouth for the sheer number of quality sets in a small area.

No, I'm not married, I was planning on being engaged by Christmas this year, however, that changed when a couple of months back I went to a mates wedding - the whole thing totally freaked me the fuck out! I realized that marriage and long-term relationships are not for me. In addition, over the past 3 years of living with and committing to one woman (who was actually pretty cool and easy going) I've really felt like a prisoner/suppressed/bored/depressed and missed the whole sarging thing and going out with other women.:)

So, I broke it off (which was bloody hard - convincing her it was for the best and then moving all my stuff out), now I'm single and living back with my mum in London, and I'm looking forward to getting back in to hooking up with some cool PUAs and trying to get some of my old game back - it's so easy to slip back into the life of an AFC when you let your girlfriend and her parents run your life - I can't go back to that shit again - it was fucking horrible - I tried to be happy and make it work, but I can't live the rest of my life like a bland cunt :mad:

You should do the Australia trip man - I think it would be just right for you (you could walk the Earth, like 'Kane' out of 'Kung Fu'). Yeah, man, we had a pretty cool PUA community in Exeter. Most of us were students at the time, as far as I'm aware two of our chaps are still active there, but they've gone underground - as it's actually quite hard to find a good wing (particularly one you can rely on, and trust for that matter). I left Exeter and ran some nice game with some good blokes up in Manchester for a year after moving there for work. I had to leave Manchester, but I'd love to go back to Exeter or Manchester for Gaming, because the ladies are cool, hot and up for some fun... Good times...
