Is this any good? I read the promo for it and it sounds very corny... "are you scared to approach women?" blah blah blah...
Is there more to it then that?

probably one of his most boring products ever. I fell asleep during DVD 2. Maybe I should watch it again.
His best product honestly is Mastery with Women and Advanced Series

Haha!!! I got it and all 3 times I attempted to watch it I fell asleep. The Advanced Series was good. Mastery was good in the beginning, then you get to a snore fest fairly similar to that of DIG. It closes out well yet I feel two of the best speakers Steve Piccus and Mark Cunningham spoke at the seminar and are not featured in the product

I agree with the other reviews. You REALLY have to concentrate on this if you want to take in the information, as it is SOOO FOOOOKIN boring! David D is boring enough when he talks and Dr. Paul is even worse. They cover a lot of good points, but I can't pay attention for longer than a few minutes without drifting off. The best part about the product is when Rick talks. He is very good and motivating and easy to pay attention to. Other than that, I don't know if I would waste your time.

A friend of mine let me watch it... I'd say it has some pretty good pyschology in it, not bad actually.. but should have been stream-lined a bit better to make it more interesting and relevant to dating..

I think this program is simply amazing.
Sure, the material can be a bit dry but what do you expect? It's a self help tool, not Die Hard 4! I have notoriously bad concentration and I still can watch this program for hours at a time, even after I've seen it a couple of times before!
The program basically covers the entire psychology of our minds, sticks it on 7 DVDs and then fires it into our brains. This isn't a quick fix program to help your dating and it might seem like it's often not that related. However, its intention is to make you into a much more mature, confident, happy man who knows exactly how to achieve what he wants. This is the sort of guy who will naturally be far more attractive to women.
I've always been a 'thin-skinned' person who easily gets his buttons pushed, finds it hard to say no and be assertive. I've also been plagued by a lot of anxiety, self-doubt and depression about my progress with life. This program offers very real and workable solutions to all of my problems. If you've ever been affected by any of these problems even a tiny bit you can use this program to fix them.
I think every guy could benefit strongly from using this program and really working with the material every day.

You guys that fell asleep early in the program, consider youreselves lucky. I was falling asleep early on on this program while I was there, attending the taping.
David D. was very sick, so he spoke a lot less, Dr. Paul's delivery and tone really killed this one.
Very good information, if you can stay awake long enough to absorb. Make sure you get 10 hours sleep, and drink a couple of Red Bulls before putting this program on your disc player.

This is the first dating product I bought. It is not really related to techniques to pick up women. But it gave me a solid foundation to actually pull off the different pick up strategies with congruence. It helped me have the basics to be naturally atractive to women. It gave me set of tools that I use to deal with emotions that are experienced not just in "pick up" but in all other areas my life. I took a few months to actually implement a lot of the stuff because there is so much material and I had lots of screwed up thinking to overcome.
It was slow and I spent 2 weekends to watch it and rewatch some parts cause there is so much psychology but it is a great place to start if you are not very confident or deal with fear, anger and anxiety; your negative emotions.
I think David D's best program is Body Language, that's where I found out about Mystery's method.

Dr. Paul sounded like an insecure wussbag. Since then, he has started imitating David D.'s vocal stylingz.
The theories sound like Dr. Phil-level bullshit about what it means to have "ethics" and be a "real grown-up man". As someone who studied psych at two of the world's most prestigious universities, and is currently dating a girl who's studying psych at Harvard Med, I think Dr. Paul is a dumbass through and through.
I didn't realize Steve P. and Mark Cunningham spoke at this---those guys are awesome hypnotists. The program as edited seemed to be really lacking in proactive exercises.
The Mastery program has much better inner game material.

I also bought this one and I concur, it is better than a Nyquil shooter, it will put you right out. Dr. Paul is pretty much 95% of the material with very little interjection from David, and Dr. Paul's monotone speaking and his vernacular makes it very hard to not keep your mind from wondering and thinking about more exciting things..... Like tire rotation, cleaning the garage, dusting, and painting the fence.
If you decide to watch this I highly suggest you rent The Count of Monte Cristo (the newer remake version) before watching the DIG program, Dr. Paul refers to it endlessly. I had not seen the movie before hand so keeping up was even that much harder for me.

The "Inner Game" models, such as "Personal Boundaries", the "Observing Ego", etc. are very, very good if not excellent. They nail so many Pscyhological issues that a person might be going through.
But the way it was presented....Man! You'll need a lot of patience and effort keeping yourself awake.
The contents are good, but the presentation...not so.
Peace!

Guys,
I haven't had the fortune (or unfortunate to an extent from the vibe I'm reading here) of exploring this material. However, I think that from the few preview videos that I've seen of Dr. Paul... I can honestly say that I'm not impressed. I could imagine him being very intelligent and even knowing his stuff.
However, this guy has boring stapled on his butt. I agree with some of the comments on what you guys said. Not to mention, I seem to vaguely remember a while back watching him talk about four different classification types of women... Warriors, princesses, Queens... or something. yawn... I don't really care if they think they can kick my butt, want to be my princess (sub)consciously or my personal boss. They probably can!! :-) As long as I control the overall frame, I'll let them release in just about anyway they want once in a while.
If they don't like it... abundance mentality (sings to the choir).... oh abundance mentality yeah.. :-)
Peace guys,
