are the rules same for us as they are for someone older?

Can I walk upto a 19 yr old and say the same stuff i have learned meant for guy in 30 or w.e. Even if the girls hasnt been gamed on before or w.e you know what I am saying... would it work?

In general I'd say yes. There subtle differences you would pick up through calibration from in field practise.

Excuse me for my bluntness..FUCK YES!..if thats in your mind break it, ever since I started this I've always been going for 20-22 and that was when I was 14...and there not rules..there guidelines. Break as you please, but get the general idea behind them.

haha dude funny story. My very first sarge was when I was listenin to David D's Mastery program mp3's while in line at the caf. Me and my friend were debating about whether or not what a girl said earlier really meant anything, I then brought an hb8 into the conversation and she ate it up. I was all about cocky funny back then (translates to VA as nothing but A2 and negs everywhere. Unfortunately this girl was one of those girls who get shut off when negged too many times) She soon said "you're so young" and she started bustin me on my age. At the time, I only KNEW cocky funny. Didn't know anything of framing, didn't even know that it was a fuckin IOI. I just said

"You're right, I am too young for you. In fact, you're too old for me. Sooner or later you'll want to be with a young fit guy like me but you can't get us cuz you'll be too old"
her: Well I'll give you a call when that happens
Me: haha you think I'll wait for that?

My point is dude, age isn't a fuckin factor. It'll only be a factor if you think it IS a factor. Of course I'm taking out club admittances, driving a car, living with your parents etc. Even with all those you COULD pull someone much older than you if your game is tight. THe same goes for someone younger than you.
