Not really related, but when I went out last wednesday to Cheap$kates, I bumped into Spoons. Then I went out on sunday with Darren and I bumped into Spoons again. Then on Tuesday I saw http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leon_Lopez and then Spoons.
So yeah last night was pretty money. You may say it was dollar bear!
OK so I text Darren (Future) last night to see if he's coming out, but I get no reply. Whatever. I text Rebecca (One of Darrens Girls) to see if she's seem him, but apparently he's in Letchworth for a bit so I think fuck it. Let's go out and get drunk. Who's the expert in that? Phil! :D
I text Phil and get no reply.
I try ringing his mobile, it's off.
I try ringing his landline. I get the answer machine. I leave a slighty amusing message.
I wasn't gonna bother going out. To be honest, I don't like going out on my own. It's a bit gay. So I was gonna stay in..... then at 9.31 I get a text. It's from Phil. "After skool" is all it says.
I wasn't gonna bother, but I just got someone at work to paint my nails so I wanted to show them off. So I thought fuck it! Let's get drunk and forget about sarging.
I don't mind Afterskool as I've built up a bit of social proof there with one of the bouncers there and the guy on the inside door. I need to work on the rest of the staff though! :D
So yeah I get there and we're getting 3 vodkas and 3 red bulls for 6.50. Half price drinks for teh win!
It's gotta be done like that cos then you can use one can on the the 3 vodkas and still have 2 cans of red bull left over. So yeah I'm shooting the shit with Phil. Just sorta vibing.
I get another 3 vodkas, then I need to use the little boys room. So it's all good and as I'm coming back I spot Rebecca and her 2 friends. She immediately notices me and comes and gives me a big hug. More social proof.
So yeah I get some more drinks and stuff and we're dancing and stuff, then Rebecca tells me one of her friends likes me and how she has been bigging me up to her friend, saying what a sweet guy I am! Dollar Bear!
OK so her friend Pia comments on my nails. I tell her thanks. I feel like my look is starting to hit now. I'm getting a lot more omg's from randoms in the street. Anyway, I take pia outside for a cigarette and I know it's on, so I just run some qualifying questions.
