I've been reading all about seduction techniques for a while and I actually did my first day approach ever the other day. Heres how it went down...
I was grabbing a bite to eat at this popular bagel place on campus after my afternoon class. I was by myself and reading one of my textbooks when I noticed this 2 set (two HB 8's) sitting at the table next to me doing some sort of project. I didn't make any eye contact, but one of the HB's came over to me and asked me if she could ask me some questions for the school paper. It happened to be on a subject I'm pretty knowledgeable about so I had alot to say. At the end of the interview she asked for my number and I joked with her about using the interview to get my number and how she uses it on all the guys. She laughed and went back to whatever she was doing.
About 10 minutes later, her friend left and I got up the guts to try to go talk to her about more than just her article. So I decided to use the sketch artist routine where I draw her as a stick figure. I go up to her and basically say since I helped her out she has to help me out by letting me sketch her for an art class I'm taking. She was a bit flattered I think, and I pretty much nailed the delivery. But thats where it started to go downhill.
Even though she laughed, she called it cheesy and I didn't really have a good response to that, so I said "sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do"....LAME haha. Then I told her it took me 10 minutes to figure out what I was gonna say to her...try hard much?
I did try to come back strong with a solid DHV/funny story that went over well, but I feel like it was too far gone by that point.
I'm pretty sure I know what I did wrong and how to improve from here, but what do you guys think?
