Day 2/ "Dating" questions

My second job is a sales associate at "Guess" in our mall here in New Orleans. I've been gaming up my manager for a LONG ass time now. It's never been anything too serious. I honestly don't think I ever even took her into A3 or C1. We've flirted a little in the store, and I've seen her/danced with her at the club a couple times.

So, the other day I messaged her on Myspace (hold the shouting) and told her we need to hang out together this weekend. She wrote back and said we should and she gave me her number telling me to call her tomorrow.

Now, I've realized, it's actually been over a year since i was on a real "date." All my closes are usually the same night, and I honestly never really go back for seconds. So now I'm not even really sure how to act with this chick.
1. she's my manager
2. i dont really know much about her at all
3. i just dont want it to be one of those weird uncomfortable situations
4. i dont even know what type of place to take her


Anyone had a similar experience? I'll admit, I'm fucking lost on this Day 2.

Invite her with you to do something thats already part of your daily routine. "I'm going down to Mel's Diner to grab a bite to eat, you should tag along"

there is no doubt that dates are generally lame. being that she's your manager your social leverage is a little out of balance (that's not to say that you're not working the right angles to counteract that). what i would do is stage something within MY tribal community. I would approach the phone call like a standard mystery method cold approach with an indirect opener/time constraint/neg and a couple witty remarks. rock and roll is my scene, so then i'd immediately stack it with a quick, decisive invite/exit like "i know this really cool band that's playing at such and such a place. i'll put you on the list at the door. meet me there at 11. Oh, let me take this call. i'll text you the address so you can mapquest it. see ya." then if you've got your tribal leader shit down she's on your turf now and you can then have a scenerio staged where you'll inevitably demonstrate higher value by her seeing you being desired by the women in your network and the leader of the men. if she shows and is cool just treat her like a girl and keep it emotional. get her to buy you drinks and don't be afraid to turn your back on her. standard stuff once she's in your tribal zone. hopefully she'll bring a wingchick or two and you can get material out of them, also. if she ditches then neg the shit out of her next time you see her but don't act like you really care.

You've already communicated these issues to her. And she wants to hang out. She's looking for a no strings evening.

Depends on your living situation, but invite her over for a movie and drinks. Flirt with her during the movie. ie, smack her, then tell her to shush. etc etc. Plenty of hand kino, etc. Don't plan on finishing the movie.

Set the proper expectations with her from the beginning and you won't have any problems. If you're not sure what those are, tell her that:
