A HB is from 8 to 10, lower than that we do not (should not) use the acronym HB. Rather I'd use- "so I met this attractive 7 and etc."

I take it youve read the mystery method?, To stop getting in the friend zone the important thing is dont be too much of a nice guy, ont jump through her hoops untill she has jumped through yours, dont go out of you way for her do too many favours but dont be a jerk either, if your too nice she will realise that the doesnt need to have sex with you in order to have a relationship with you she will be able to use your for "survival and support" and be free to meet other guys, also kino escalation is very important!!!
