How about not lieing about what you look like (have looked like) or have bench pressed. You are completely full of it when you say 450 for 4-5 in bench. Thats damn near 500 lbs.. 245 3.8%??? Never in your life were you even CLOSE.

You look like a prepubescent boy.
The question is - why lie?

Brad Pitt was AT MOST 180 in fight club
The Rock was 6'2 250

I don't know were you get that matador benched 450. I love how all the "body builders" go right to the bench. I can tell you this, before i blew my knee out in football at my peak, I was 5'9 250 pounds 6% bodyfat.
Bench = 375
squat = 600
hang clean = 250
power clean = 300
dead lift = 650
And when all this took place i was 17 so.. I don't care what you say and i don't care how long you have been doing it. It is all in your posture.

Sorry should have posted Matador's ridiculous bodybuilding claims thread:
http://www.venusianarts.com/forum/showthread.php?t=828 (http://www.venusianarts.com/forum/showthread.php?t=828)
And yes Rucker those are realistic numbers for 5'9" 240 5% (if you did this at 17 you are a genetic freak). There are freaks out there so I won't call you on it, but seriously for Matador to have a Myspace and a VH1 TV show and claim it is just absurd.

Yeah Steelmass.. I was a freak but not by nature. I was takeing so much stuff. When i blew my knee out it went from pure muscle to fat.. and now it is so hard to lose. I regert it now. The amazing thing is When i was going to the gym about 6 months ago i was on the "VATech" plan. I guess my muscles have some memory left and i was beefing up so fast. I need to find a good diet so i can drop down to about 165. Then i want to start toneing.
a friend of mine was a running back for a big 12 school very recently. His fitness stats match that almost exactly: 245-3.8% body fat, although he was probably closer to 4% and he could bench a little over 450 but i never saw him demonstrate a 500 lb press...
that fitness level would be hard to maintain over a 10 year period when it isnt your job...
i myself managed to go from a very high level of fitness to a very average one by studying and drinking and playing too many video games, not getting enough sleep or exercise over about a 2 year period in the past, some people (like me) can just lose it (fitness) pretty fast, maybe thats what happened with matador.

I love this product. I take Hydroxycut (http://allnutri.com/hydroxycut.aspx) Hardcore for about 4 weeks, and I lost 46 lbs. I have been off Hydroxycut for almost a year now and have been able to maintain my weight without maintaining any kind of diet.

if you stop taking creatine, your musscles will relax back up and you loose A LOT of deffinition. but still retain the gaind strength... so up to you really, you want strength or definition.

You guys need to look at the reason Matador posted this, it was to encourage us to work out and better ourselves. Its not just for the ladies, its a way of life, a way to better yourself thru discipline and hard work... some what like Pick Up! Bodybuilding is the way to do it. Although I must say 450 for 5 reps is insane, you can never say that it is impossible for him to do that. But that would be like a 530 lb max (a little high... u think??)Maybe he used to power lift and now he is in a cutting phase to look good for TV. After all powerlifters dont look athletic at all, they look like chunkee sundaes(not a good look for a celebrity). I can bench 400 at 1 rep and I dont "look" like it, 225lbs at 6'2''. So it is possible.

creatine pushes more fluid into the muscle, making them fuller and harder.. it will not give u more definition.. and also because it is the first line of energy used when working out (ATP).. it will also help with strength
and your muscles don't relax.. some of the water might dissipate (which is a good thing).. but by this point of "cycling" the creatine you should have actually put on muscle size (from working out)..
staying on creatine is not a smart thing.. it should be cycled, and to be quite honest creatine is not the be all end all.. but great if you want a little bit of a boost in strength gains and to be more "full"
I don't know who told you otherwise
bodybuilders get definition by a few means;
low body fat
removal of excess water
best way to do these things?
hard training, cardio and removing salt from your diet
a clean diet with one cheat day (if necessary)

Working out is the best way to improve your inner game and self confidence. Studies have show that regular exercise is the best way to treat depression as well. To me it is killing two birds with one stone. You are working on your inner game and improving your body so that you are naturally more attractive to females. Plus I just feel better after working out, stress and problems melt away. :)
Plus if you join a good gym there will be chick to eyeball while you workout. You just can't let it be too much of a distraction. ;)

DP:
I just don't want people to be under the misconception that Creatine gives definition when it doesn't..
So by no means am I trying to step on anyones toes, but if I can help clear things up for anyone, then bonus
thanks :D

haha any time...
it takes a lot to get definition... I hope people know, its very difficult and very strict to get Deffinition and Bulk at the Same time.
they need to get a goal stick to it for a month or so than Alternate.
Creatine.. Im not a big fan of at all... but Whey protein... I cant get enough :D. before and after a work out....
I was scrawny before I started training, and I had a terrible diet. If my metabolism was normal I'd have weighed at least 200lb. I was 5'9" 148 at 16% body fat. I've only been training for about four or five months now and I'm now 162 at 7% body fat. I was able to lose 12lb of body fat and gain 26lb of lean body mass during that time. I'm sure a good portion of that 26lb is water weight since I started taking creatine, but it's still a huge gain. I look like a completely different person. It doesn't take much time to get into the lifestyle and it makes talking to women WAY easier.
As far as how it relates to the venusian arts for me...I already employed the ideas of negging and DHV spikes before reading the game, or watching the vh1 show. It's something guys have been doing years. I don't really use openers very often just because girls seem to come up to me, or I'm introduced by the people I'm out with. Being in great shape is like having an ace up your sleeve. It only makes the game easier. It also lets you throw in body type related gambits as DHV spikes. One I like to use often- "I read a poll on the physical attributes women look for most in men, in terms of muscles. The top three were abs, arms, and chest. What is your favorite?" Often times this question leads to them lifting up the bottom of your shirt, and it's game over from there.

I think one of the points of the original post was about how his game actually went DOWN when he gained some weight and about how much recalibration that requires to adjust. Because unless its a "Spring Break" type thing where you're at Daytona Beach partying, muscles are not a deal breaker for most woman like a lot of guys think they are. It may open the door, but you've still got be able to back it up with some game and some of what worked for you at 145lbs wont work at 225lbs.

You should meet my friend fullash!t. 250lbs at 6%, dude stop lying, at 5'9, that's what NPC competitors look like. 600lbs squat with a very explosive negative and a 2" rom. LMAO dude.

ROFL 450.. no. Not even 1/2 that for 6 reps. He's 25-30% BF right now (http://a94.ac-images.myspacecdn.com/images01/100/l_af28ef006fe18d801f70a6b015932405.jpg)
Protip: For reference, Pitt was 155-160ish for fight club at 5%. It's too dangerous to live at 4-7% range in terms of BF.
matador said he was 6'2 right? 245 at 3.5% bodyfat is more then amature competitor...
arnold is 6'2, 250 in off season and 235 on comp day's... im guessing his body fat on comp day was 3-4%
... aside form genetics and muscle form... matador should go pro!
ps. holy old thread batman!
