Hey guys,
Here is my situation. I'm 18, above average looking, only had one gf for like a month and I'm still a virgin. I have basically been rejected by girls for all my life.
I literally developed lots of limiting beliefs and a fear when it comes to talking to women I don't know.
Now this isn't supposed to be a "Oh, everybody feel sorry for me!!!" thread. I really want to get this part of my life handled cuz honestly I see myself getting depressed cuz I don't know how to get girls. I'm willing to learn. I already read the VA handbook and lots of other seduction material, but I want to see how it's done in real life. I'd be glad if an experienced PUA could be my wing for a night or someone could tell me how to get started...

if you have the v.a you should now how to get started:
the newbie drill
it sucks but if you are
a) a pua ''4life''
and
b) already with a low set of confidence (Can't get worse etc./ be smashed)
then that should be ok to you. don't read loads of seduction material- do it step by step- read loads on opening for example- so that you don't get blown out and have your confidence lowered even more- that way your in a conversation
next re-look at a2 in the va etc. etc.

Don't worry man, your situation is completely normal...Going up to a woman that you don't know is one of the many situations that guys are feared of the most. The best solution to your problem is to start stretching your comfort zone. Be friendly, approach strangers and start a conversation, this will build up your self-confidence. Then you'll be able to talk to women. Remember it has nothing to do with "looks" its all about how you present yourself. Read some of the tips Mystery and Style have gave and proceed with care. I personally recommend "The Game" and "The Mystery Method" they have a lot of useful information...If you have any questions let me know!

No offense to Style, he is/was an awesome PUA. But if you've read the Venusian Arts Handbook there is no reason to read "The Game" unless your just in for an interesting book (I've read it, its a good book).
My advice for you PUA4LIFE is to just take the opinion opener you find easiest for you, like Jealous GF which is just golden and easy, and go and start opening sets, as the opener is done, just say "thanks its been nice to meet you guys" and walk out of the set.

Okay, so I decided to finally grow some balls. To get over AA I decided to do some day sarging using direct method. It is intimidating as hell if you see a hot chick walking down the street surrounded by four guys that look like they could bench press the entire world. I still approached though. I literally almost threw up because the fear was so strong. I stopped the chicks and said "You are gorgeous, I wanna get to know you better". Some acted like bitches, others told me they had a bf and I could #some which were flakes. I didn't expect anything out of this. This was mainly to defeat my AA.
I went out to a party yesterday and tried opening some sets. I ran an opener, but I couldn't create any attraction after that because I didn't really know what to say, so I went straight into comfort which was a mistake. I know. I had trouble. I tried the "Oh, I can't even talk to you right now blablabla" thing. It didn't work. They were like "Oh, then don't talk to me..." and turned away lol.
I think the best thing for me to do is to develop some routines so that I always got stuff to talk about.
The good thing is I already hit rock bottom, so I it can't get any worse ;)
I'll update this thread in the future so that everyone can keep track of my progress.
