I usually just put on a shirit with a funny saying, something that gives people an opportunity to comment on. I find that works best in an under 21 situation.
My favorite such shirt is pink, and on the back it says: "its obvious she wants me."

Maverick u have a marvellous hat collection. I HAVE to find one of those.
I don't have a picture of myself peacocking right now but I remember myself going out with a shirt that said "I am GOD, and you?" while god was in large letters and the rest in a small font. Groups of people asked to take a photo with me - It was hilarious. I've tried it couple of times in a mall, and in a Roger Waters concert. Worked like magic.
I would rather suggest on the other hand not to try it in religious cities and locations, ppl can get mad and all that...
I remember I also had business-cards with "god" written on them. I just approached ppl with "hey, do you believe in me?" and than neged them with "You and I will SO never get along... I am God and you are pure evil..." or "I think I know what makes men attracted to women.. we're pure good and you are the devil.. opposites are drawn to each other."

This is one of my cool pieces. I like wearing these with a black shirt and a silver necklace, sometimes a black beanie. I'm pretty big so it's a badass outfit, good for a certain kind of girl. But it's not getting a good response from hip hop girls or dolled up princess-types. I have to go a bit more GQ at those venues (I'm not congruent with a hip hop look, so I don't even try).

haha, yeah, you'd better not wear that shirt when you go sarging in Mea She'arim or Bnei Brak!!
The best way to peacock is to surround yourself with hot girls...
Ok, guess it is more of social proof, but it still turns heads :)

A get-together at my place. Here is a little trick of mine. Have a Ouija board laying around the house. Women love this shit. And it is a great spring board to do some NLP/ESP routines.

Peacocking is alot of fun.
I like to hat it up occasionally: Heres my 'used car salesmen hat'
http://img266.imageshack.us/my.php?image=p1010078qr1.jpg
and my 'suburban cowboy' apperance :P (and i know not the greatest photo ever)

I'll also wear (depending on the place) a ring or two, a necklace, a button badge that reads 'I love me', a tie, sunglasses that flash etc.
I have also written my name on my knuckles blues brothers style and its opened for me.

Well, I'm a goth, so I actually have to tone myself DOWN when I'm peacocking in normal venues. But this way me on St. Patty's day:
http://i63.photobucket.com/albums/h143/vitasmortis/st%20pattys/StPattys2007045.jpg
On a normal day, I would wear everything else you see there, other than the glasses and the hat. I'm sort of wondering if I could still pull off those glasses and/or the hat or something similar that would be congruent to my personality because they really seemed to work. Anyone have any suggestions?

I've seen that jacket at Le chateu up here in the magical land of Canada. They have a lot of GREAT stuff for looking sharp and a little peacocky at the same time.
