Openers for one-game seem pretty tough. I came up with one, not field-tested, that I want to run past you.
Walk up to girl alone. "Are you Sarah [or any other name]?" "No." "Oops, I am meeting my best friend and his date, who I've never met. You fit her description exactly." Two scenarios are likely. 1. She says nothing, in which case you stack a new routine. 2. With luck, you hook her and she wants to know what the description is, so she asks "How did he describe her." You start to answer, smile, and then say, "Before I tell you, tell me how you see yourself." With luck, this will interest her--because she is as self-centered as the rest of us. Now you have bait. Keep the conversation going while holding back the description, and if you get to A3, you can give her a compliment, e.g., "He said she has a great smile," but just a piece of it. The description becomes the string in the cat game.
I don't know. I think this has possibilities.
