Hi,

About a year ago I began a weight loss program. At the time, the only scale I had access to was at work, and it only went up to 350 lbs (well below my weight at the time). So I measured my weight loss in terms of belt notches. I went down eleven belt notches, then I joined Weight Watchers and was able to use their digital scale for accurate weight measurement. Since that time, through diet and exercise, I've lost an additional 127.4 lbs.

So to measure my total weight loss, I have to say I've lost 127.4 lbs plus eleven belt notches. Is there any way to calculate approximately how much weight eleven belt notches would be? Assuming an inch or so between notches. Clearly this would be imprecise, but a ballpark figure would help.

For the record, I'm at 252.6 lbs as of today's weigh-in. Yeah, I was pretty big at my peak. :)
