Hi there !
Here's an opener I've tested and that worked very well for me :)
Do it only with beautiful girls who know they are !
Me: "Hey ! Have you ever seen "Fight Club" ?"
Her: "mmh...yes, of course... ?"
Me: "Nice. Then, have you ever thought about selling your fat ?"
Her: "uh..?" laughing, or being surprised and a little bit upset
Me: "Oww, sorry ! I mean... I've just watched Fight Club with a couple of friends and we were like "waow that's a great idea, man !". But well, you're right, it's not with you that I'll become a millionaire." (try to feel disappointed but funny at the same time)
Then, start to go away and after three steps stop and go on with the same old line:
"I must go back to my friends (we're on a serious business, now ;)), but just before I go..." and go on with your opener/routine !
