How do you guys make her know that she is going to have to pay for her own dinner or movie or what ever.

Well, it depends: If you invited her you should pay.
The don't pay thing is not a rule it's just guideline.
other than that I just say it straight that I'm not the guy who's buying her emotions. Or I'll pay and let her pay the next time

Slip in some gold digger busting in attraction, usually never comes up after that.

If it does, its your choice if you want to pay for her then, and you have to decide WHY your paying for her.

Is it supplication? Or do you just not care about 6 bucks.

Remeber, after qualification its about = value or you having slightly higher value.

Dream got it dead on.

The best thing to do here is when she asks about your work/career say: "Oh no, she's a gold digger - just like all the rest of them!" Then leave it at that. When the cheque comes to the table keep talking and pretend the cheque isn't even there. After a minute or so make a big deliberate move for the cheque.

She will quickly take the cheque from you and either pay half or the whole lot.

I haven't tried this myself (as I always pay the first night and then get her to pay the second) but I've heard it works like a charm.

PS. And credit Rourke for the insight here

That is a good routine. Here is a bit more descriptive version of the "Gold Digger" routine by Rourke....

Going out sarging all the time is expensive. So use this technique with women you are just starting to date...

When she asks what your profession is look dissapointed and say "you are a gold digger like everyone else". By saying she is a gold digger like everyone else, you are comparing to all the "other" woman. Continue to kid her about being a gold digger for the rest of the night. she will try to prove u wrong. When your check comes, ignore it! Do not even let her know u saw it. After a while, slowly reach for it. She will stop you and offer to split the tab or even pay for it! Try it!

It's not a date. You're just hanging out.

could you expand a little on what you would say after you make that statement once you see the reaction on her face. Also what can you say if you already know she comes from a wealthy middles class family and cant possible be a gold digger (dlv)

Mystery always told me, "if you think its going to get you laid, pay." He was trying to get across to me is that I should pay so I don't look like such a cheap ass. Being cheap and thrifty like I was is a huge turnoff to women. The very act of not paying will turn many women off. This thriftyness is something that many PUA's have pointed out to me as a sticking point in my game that I am still working on for my own inner game. It's not like the $5 or $10 I spend on her is going to break me. So I have changed, if I ask her out, I pay, unless she offers. :)

APG,

I agree with Hawai.

the whole "don't pay" thing is drummed in a little too hard in the community - because paying is a TOO common way of "buying" a girls time, approval, affection etc. Being "nice" is another one to fall under this category.
its ok to pay - just don't be dependent on it.

and if you actually have financial difficulties whereby its a hardship to pay - do something cheaper.
the focus is the good time the two of you will be having together - not the trimmings surrounding it.

a walk is a great date to go on - no money, and lots of convo.

hope thats helpful,

I would agree that paying for women is not big deal, but some of my AFC friends get away with never paying for their girlfriends. In fact, the opposite usually occurs.

I feel I have to atleast match that. :o
