So I have been using a bit of magic in my routine recently amd would like to share two new routines I have been using and have been pretty powerful.
I have still to use the Spoon Bend, but I know it will be killer.
Routine 1 - ESP Mind Read.
Effect: The "magician" is able to read/predict the spectators mind by writing the spectators thoughts onto paper.
Method: You ask the chick to think of a name, something special to her. Ask her to project it in her mind, louder.. to really look into your eyes and try to tell me it. Shouting it louder and louder in her mind (the more you big this up, the more of a reaction you get at the end). Look at her and write down the word Circle (this will come apparent why in a minute). You fold the paper up and put it in a cup.
Next you say to her, well what were you thinking of so everyone can know. She will say "Lucky" or some bullshit like "It was my first pet". Remember the name she says. Now you say to her "Imagine a date that is special to you, one that really sticks in your mind.. now write on the paper the name she told you. Lets say it was Lucky. Fold the paper and put it in the cup.
Now you say what date were you thinking of? She will say her birthday or something like that, emphasize that there is no way you could know that date, unless you could connect with her mind.
Now you put three pieces of paper/card whatever on the table, one has a picture of a circle on it, one has a square and one has a triangle. Say to her I am going to make a prediction. Write down on the paper the date she told you.
Now say pick one of the shapes, if she picks the circle say "okay" and reveal your three pieces of paper making you look amazing".
If she picks the square say "okay we'll tear this one up, pick the next one", if she picks the triangle say "good", tear it up, or if she picks the circle say "good" and take the triangle and tear it up. You get the picture.
Make the ending all dramatic as you show that you "Read her mind". This really freaks people out, especially if they believe in this shit!
