View Full Version : Keep One Lazy Sucker Moving

Hey everyone, I've struggled with working out for years, I always run at it with wild abandon, determined to buff up, working my hardest everyday. For a week. That's normally when I either "run out of time" or "need to take a rest." Unfortunately, these periods of "rest" take longer than I work out for. Sometimes weeks, sometimes months.

So, in order to keep myself moving, I'm going to post everything I do on here. It'll be a lot harder to stop, if I have to tell you all that I did. I'd also appreciate any advice or motivation you can provide :)

To start:
I'm 18, 5'8" and 140 lbs. I'd like to increase that to 150/160 by the end of the summer, as I heal and gain muscle fairly quickly when I DO work out. I've got a fairly nice set of abs and calves, but I'm fairly lacking everywhere else.

Tomorrow, I'll post how I plan on starting, and I'll probably update my goals.
