I purchased the DVD's and the ebook last week. I have yet to receive a URL for the download of the ebook.

I submitted a question via the web based customer support page, and I received an automated reply saying my question would be answered by 20 May. Nice touch, but I've heard nada. I emailed support as was mentioned in this forum, and I've heard nada.

I purchased a DVD set from another PUA company at the same time, and it has arrived already. I don't even have tracking numbers from Venusianarts yet.

Tuesday I'm calling the credit card company and canceling the transactions unless I get a URL and tracking numbers for the DVDs.

Try PMing some of the mods here on the forum. They've always been helpful in the past for me personally and I'm sure they'd extend the same courtesy to you.

No offence to any of the people in charge, but it's pretty obv that there is very little business experience among them, (or if they do it must not be very good).

If I had mystery at my disposal I'd easily be the best site to visit, but he pretty much goes off and works with multiple "business men" at once, he's lost his true passion and turned it into a money making gimick and has since been surpassed/his market share has been cut to shreads...

I hope you get your stuff...

If that still doesn't help you, then send an email to Prophet (our admin) at prophet@venusianarts.com and forward to him the confirmation email you received when you bought the book. He will be able to help you out.

LOL they have had tv series, books, courses.....man they are making BARE cash.... seems like they have enough experience to me.

I heard from customer service late yesterday. So, I think we're good.

Tom Cruise is right. Just because they are making bank doesn't mean they have good biz sense. The question is what is the difference between what they could make with good biz sense and what they are making currently. My guess is a significant amount.

Mystery has the brand, but he is diluting it with poor quality products and customer service. I've heard Mystery has had difficulty in picking biz partners. Knowing who you can trust, especially in business, is one of the more difficult things in life.

Well I had to track this one down and I got it figured out.

We have a customer contact form specifically for issues related to product fulfillment, and it goes directly to our fulfillment company.

Unfortunately the fulfillment company did not write this customer back on a timely basis. We had no tickets related to this issue in our own system, since it had gone straight to the fulfillment company.

So I have contacted the fulfillment company about this--if they can't stay on top of those tickets then I will remove their contact form from our website. I would prefer that customer contacts go into our own ticket system where we can track them and stay on top of them.

Sorry about the confusion. As soon as I hear back from the fulfillment company, I may be taking their form off of our website. You can always send an email to support at venusian arts, and it will be tracked in our own ticket system and processed by our own customer service.

Sorry about the run-around. I understand that our own customer service took care of this customer once we were aware of the problem, and I am now engaged in fixing the system so that it doesn't happen to anyone else.

One more thing...

Upon further investigation, I have discovered that this customer also opened a support ticket at Venusian Arts on Friday at 9 PM, and was written back by our customer service department on Monday.

I'm glad we use tickets to track these things...

For the record, no one works in the VA office over the weekend. And I don't know why, but it's not uncommon at all for us to hear from a customer who is angry that he wasn't called back over the weekend.

I don't know if our competitors offer weekend customer support, but I doubt it, and likely we will not be doing so anytime soon either, FYI.

I pulled at weekend too...HB 9.5 at Prom, she has flaked on texting tho(damn she screwed up!)... we got texting just general chit chat then I realised I hadn't done enough qualification before my K Close, so I send her a "beauty's common" routine text and she didnt reply. An Amog mate of mine had being talking to her, comes over like "DG you minx ;) " He did say the text was "a bit weird though..." so obviously I miscalibrated. I was like "no big deal, I will get another girl next weekend" to the AMOG, hopefully it will filter back to her and create jealously plotline.
Ideas? Cheers man I know you have like loads of targets and money to make, cool guy but when your free drop a message back :)

Long texts are bad. Keep it short. The person writing the longer texts is the person reacting more. Also, routines are mostly delivery. But there is no delivery in text format, only words. So those words could be completely out of context to wherever she is. Mostly pickup routines are just to give you something for practicing your delivery. Ideally you won't need to use those routines at all, much less in a text message. You just use them for practice.

Thanks man,I am talking to her again now ..mmm comfort time! So I opened her over facebook chat.
1) I apologised for the text being weird (I calibrated it is okay in comfort to apologise, like when Mystery says "I dont apologise for that" it is just in attraction right?)
She was like "Awh its fine, dont feel bad"
2)Then I was like "I just wanted to get to know you because I rushed into it and felt bad (emotions are good justification for women right :D )

3) Then I wanted to throw a test...I wasnt sure if she was being polite or really interested so I stop talking. If she continues the conversation then there is a degree of interest. You know when Mystery does the awkward pause and if she is interested she will be like "So....*insert conversation starter here*. She replies "So did you enjoy yourself in the pub yesterday". I was like "Yeah it was awesome! Me and some of my mates had a really fun game of pool and I hit a lucky streak!

She was like "awh go you :)"

4)Then I am thinking going good , so I think I will leave the convo and get her thinking( I am not personally big on internet game ) so i throw a demonstration of higher value that I have to go to the gym.

She replies "Enjoy yourself! "

So that convo served its purpose, I will see her at a party next weekend, I plan to isolate her again, kino escalate, build comfort, and gf close :)

Thoughts?

I used to wonder the same thing why he has more posts on www.theattractionforums.com than he does here but I think in the end it doesn't matter he has earned the right to do what he wants he has spent his whole life doing this I heard he started when he was 21 and he must be in his 40s by now so I say stop complaining about the products and the service or bootcamps where he isn't there because you're still benefiting from him creating this forum for everyone to use and for that #1 respect

lol, what is wrong with you, I haven't complained about anything, I just said I feel if you had mystery on your team/business you could do so much, and I feel he spreads himself thin.

I could careless what he actually does, I'm just making a point...

and I have NEVER said anything bad about any products here and actually have recommended Revelation a lot, quite trying to make me out to be a hater.

area51lifestyles.com is a fraud. They USED to be in the works with VA but then sh*t hit the fan fast. I used to love getting the things in my email from mystery via A51LS but it wasn't really mystery it was that dumb@ss Mike Long :mad: that was sending them to me. Look close at the bottom of the emails, you will see his name on it.

And just so you know the VA guys are on here quite a bit. I have seen LD,Matador and Mystery on here a many of times. If you are lucky they will post in your thread ( like LD does) but for the most part they stay behind the scenes as get this and your going to love it I swear......

The OWNERS of the company, {I know right? I was completely shocked too}:D

and have to deligate to whomever that the Forum is in tip top shape. And that's why we have great Mods that if you should ever need any help with anything they are there for you.

I admit I would love to see the guys on here as well as the other instructors on here posting up on threads and giving more help/advice but lets face it they have lives too :cool: . And maybe they just aren't good at explaining things via online forum writing posts/threads. :rolleyes:

It's all good. I am just glad we have the great help we do. Less trolls and more diverse opinions and views, as well as situations.

Asab that's interesting about Mike Long its confusing because its been going on for so long and if Mike Long was not supposed to talk for Mystery why hasnt Mystery done something about it he must have money to afford the best lawyers in the world.

I am a Mystery fan too so I am not upset that he does not post on this forum but I still think he should post here at least sometimes just because he is the owner Tyler Durden has thousands of posts on rsdnation.com and Savoy and Love Systems instructors have thousands of posts on theattractionforums.com and Mehow did on his but I don't know what happened to his forums. I am a Mystery fan and I came here because I hated how much people everywhere else talk bad about him

You will be pleased to know that we have now agreed a rota to have 2-3 Venusian Arts Coaches replying and interacting on our forum each month.

Indy- honey just because before was not so good, doesn't mean that the now instructors are bad. VA has a new coach development program to teach the instructors to be great like Mystery, Matador, Lovedrop and Discovery.

give them a chance before judging them. I am very excited about the instructors posting on here as it will be a nice change and a great chance for those of us on here to learn new material about game.

I called 2 times. Both times I was called promptly within a few hours.
Very friendly and helpful staff in my experience.
