MysteryMethod for Asians?

Well I read on Fastseduction somewhere that MM is not intended for Asians. Someone said "A happy Asian man is a stereotypical Asian man, which is why the Mystery Method will not work for Asians."

I am actually half Asian and half Caucasian so this is a concern to me. I would just like to get some of ya'lls thoughts on this matter.

I am sure Asian Playboy will say almost the exact same thing, Game is game, but there are some minor tweaks that improve on it for Asains but this is not an excuse to not get started, Same could be said for any one really for short or fat or etc...

Asian guys sometimes have to fight the stereotype of being weak or wimpy. But man I was the weakest motherfucker on Earth five years ago (I'm white). I've always been pretty big and built, but always came across as a pussy. Conversely you can have a smaller frame (body's frame I mean) or whatever and still come across as alpha. People don't consciously decide if you're weak or strong, it's an instinctive judgement and they're not going to stop and say "Hey, wait. This guy's part Asian, he can't be alpha!" They'll know you're alpha if that's what you project.

As for following the method itself, I don't see how the M3 structure would change in any way. The way you DHV or peacock or whatever reflects who you are so it won't be the same as the way I do it, but that can be said for lots of varying subcommunities (hip hop fan vs. rock fan/athletes vs. artists/younger guys vs. older guys, etc.). Everyone has their own style within the common structure.

Excuse..I'm Asian but I'm getting what I want. Check out my bro's blog Asianplayboy, his articles will get you on the right path. I fully agree with Ace also, yes we face a challenge of the sterotype, but it a challenge I'm willing to take. The world is your oyster, its just how you look at it. O and a happy Asian isn't a sterotype another block in your mind, everyone wants to hang around a happy guy, he's postive, fun, energetic. Negative people don't attract people.

It is totally bullshit. There are some very great Asian PUA's out there, like The Asian Playboy or Loverboy who both used Mystery's method and principles to become PUA's. As a matter of fact, check this out:

Fully back it. Do something PRODUCTIVE, something that improves your quality of life immediatly and long run. Make a plan, stick to it, but don't fall back into old behaviors, break a habit a day, tie your shoes differantly, talk differanty etc. Just to give context and not boasting everything I do now is productive for me, I hardly touch game (yr or so) and I hardly watch anymore tv, maybe 1hr:30 min most and that I'm working to cancell out. Life is what you make it but its a feedback of what you feed it, like your body and food.

The game is played very differently in Japan because it's a bizarrely different culture, and if that Japanese guy just tried to lift a bunch of Mystery's routines and translate them into Japanese then I'm not surprised it didn't work. But the structure of the game is still the same, and those necessary modifications are because of large cultural differences, not race. Within any one country/culture I don't see why it would work very differently for people of different races.

Men in Japan will look for any excuse to justify why white guys get Japanese girls but Japanese guys can't get white girls. But it comes down to one basic reason: they can't get over their approach anxiety with white girls. The ones who do, do well. Foreigners here deal with massive bitch shields and prejudice and it's harder for us than the other way around, but we just try to plow through it.

That was said by Tyler Durden in one of his earlier posts in ASF in response to an Asian poster. Unfortunately in that post he only explained why he thought MM/"stereotypical happy Asian" wouldn't work, and stated that he didn't know what would work for Asians and thus did not provide any suggestions.

RSD must be thinking differently now because recently on their Myspace page they have some pics of Asians with HBs with the caption, "Asians have no chance.. um.. riiight..." Perhaps they have developed something new?

First, let me say that objectively, I feel your premise is wrong.

Randy from RSD (asian) was one of the first really good guys I sarged with and he was top notch.

Second, how did that notion get into your head. I understand that you've been told something along those lines subconsciously and eventually bought into it.

The powers that be have associated beta qualities to the "type" of asian man that you have in your head to hinder you in your survivial and replication quest, however, it is not real.

Any beholder of alpha qualities will be the recipient of alpha responses from the set.

oftentimes, an african american will spark "he must be good in bed" sparks, based purely on his race
oftentimes, an asian guy will spark "he's a nice, sweet guy" sparks, based purely on his race.
a caucasian will have a headstart in attraction in Asia, compared to an Asian guy with equal game.

THIS IS REALITY. It is also just a first impression... thats all.

your game can override the 1st impression your racial looks create. in fact, its no contest - good game will override this 9 times out of 10.

i'm asian and i agree with sting. An Asian's first impression is just not as good as the black or the white guy, but it CAN be over come by game and body language.

the game works perfect for me with the white girls, but not with the taiwanese girls they just dont seem to get it...:mad:

just the fact that you're out, talking to girls, instead of at home with your head in a textbook or playing counter strike, makes you stand out.

don't do typical geeky asian things. ditch those glasses. grow your hair long and dye it. take up bodybuilding and treat it like your religion. take up guitar. go to clubs. and (gasp)... talk to females?

Yea i used to play online computer games like 24/7. Now I've quit that, I just have to quit playing online on my Xbox 360 now :(.

I am bodybuilding though, and getting ready for football this year. I'm only a freshman in high school lol. Over the summer I plan to get a tan and get out more.
