Alright this has to be posted and everyone with good ideas put in your input but this is my favorite way to disqualify. I love to disqualify myself from my target in a way that compliments her. The reason for it is it creates the sense in her that I'm a challenge while at the same time drawing her to me with the positive enforcement via the compliment.
This is without a doubt the best way to disqualify!
ie..
In a perfect world I could totally see myself with a beautiful person like you, but I travel so much. Maybe in another lifetime...

I always use these ones and they work!
You're so damn cute, it's too bad i have to leave soon
Of all the girls here, I like you the best. But I promised myself I'm not hooking up tonight.
Both of these can be followed with "maybe next time though" that's the line that gets em to laugh!

after chating and getting a bit of flirtatious vibe...
My god I feel pretty lucky. Look at me talking to the girl wearing the most amazing outfit in this place, with a nice matching personality aswell. So typical I'll be leaving town soon..
I'll say all this with a sort of off handed short of style that seems like I'm not intentionally trying to compliment. Which for the girl makes the compliment valid, and makes my response hit her properly.

You look to beautiful tonight
You look to beautiful tonight, and I can't believe I'm saying that because I know it's cheesy maybe but I can't think of anything else to say. Before I get out of here I couldn't resist the urge to say hi, and talk a little to see if the personality matched.
This compliment worked amazingly well for me. The girls reaction was so good she looked at me like I made her night, and then just stared at me. Her eyes dialated, and the doggy bowl dinner look ensued.. Very fun

Also instead of complimenting directly, you can say something to her friend or your friend, like "it's crazy how amazing your friend is, why do I only have to be here one night!?" This sometimes works better than telling her directly that she's amazing. When you're saying it to her friend it seems more honest and non-needy, especially when done as if you're ONLY trying to tell her friend, but accidentally say it loud enough to where your target hears you.
