Hey fellas, does anyone know the trick behind Mystery's "guessing middle initial"? When Mystery guesses the target's middle initial and just puts the target at awe. Ive been wondering how to do that since 6 months ago.

He uses a small pencil in the nail of his thumb. When he asks, "what are the odds of me getting this right ?", he is actually writing down the letter she said.

You have her say the answer just BEFORE you reveal what "wrote" down.

YOU: Okay, what is it?
HB: J.
YOU: So what do you think the odds are that I got it right? [Or "blahblahanything". this is just a distraction, actually. You don't care what the odds really are.]
