Just an interesting observation... Since getting into the game and stepping up my "inner self," I haven't been sick, at all. No stomach aches, no cold, no fever, not even the occasional headache (which I used to get constantly). Maybe it's using sanitizers daily in trying to avoid swine flu, or maybe health really is all mental. In always staying confident, focused and positive, has anyone else noticed an improvement in their health?

I have, but I wouldn't necessarily put it down to a direct mentality changes reality kind of vibe. Let's say a healthy mind leads to healthy action leads to healthy body. Who knows what small things you were doing to hurt yourself before, things you might not even of noticed because your frame was fucked. And I bet you know a whole bunch of things you're doing right at the moment, how many of those things slipped your mind before your emancipation?

I would say yes, a healthy mind (and emotions) definitely contributes to a healthy body. At the very least, you will see a reduction in stress levels, which will naturally boost your immune system and give you more vitality.

Yes I have. Part of it is working out and eating right, however I believe what Hef says, surrounding yourself with young beautiful people keeps you young. feeling young improves your game, reduces stress, makes like fun. All of this is proven to improve health and longevity.

A positive mind definitely lowers your stress levels and as Wolf said that naturally boosts your immune system.

Also if you have general knowledge in science you would agree that everything is essentially energy, even thoughts. So bringing forth a positive mindset will create positive energy which will create a better reality for your perception.

Our mind truly does create the reality that we perceive.
