Hi guys. I am in dilemma.
I am going through a Anthony Robbins Personal Power II and one of the questions was Two decisions I’ve been putting off which, when I make them now, will change my life and i put that one decisions was that i continue training karate( take note that i have been training karate for now about 10 years), but i just can't get my self to do it because it's just boring now. I feel more of like i should start going to the gym because i planning on going to Mont Blanc in July next year. So what do you think?

Cut off the karate at least for now and hit the weights. It's good to be well-rounded physically and really capture all aspects of training. It gives you a very empowering feeling when you're done working out, and can get pretty addicting, to where you feel weak when you skip workout days. This isn't the worst habit you can have. Trust me exploring as many different areas of training and fighting as possible is good for you! And makes you more of a well-rounded badass.

Later in the series you will find a rule.. once you write it down it has to be done..

That aside, what is your outcome? If you don't know that you are dead in the water.

I have a brutal work out that pushes me to exhaustion 7 days a week, plus I run 3 miles a day and do the PX90 abs work out every other day. All in all I spend 2 hours a day at the gym, and 10 hours a week at Aikido. At Aikido I have an instructor that is so hard core if Satan comes to collect his soul, he will leave empty handed and ass kicked. There are days where I am so sore and worn out that not even sex with the Girls Next Door could make me want to get out of bed.

That is where my outcome comes in. My outcome is to be a Master of Aikido with the body of Adonis, impeccable health, uber stud in bed, and unstoppable self confidence. On days when I do not want to get out of bed I do a mini Dickens pattern (day 6) modified to motivate myself to go work out. For example last time I took time off from Aikido and working out I gained 70 lbs. I am surrounded by the hottest women on the Planet, and none of them thought the way my belly hung over my belt was sexy. My game crashed, my health went down hill etc. Once I hit it hard again, I lost the weight and now have a former PB centerfold for a GF. I also focus on how the Aikido has changed me. Women want a man who can protect them, but not an animal. I can make the biggest AMOG tuck tail and run while being nice and polite.

After a few mins focusing on dickens, I am back out there getting my butt kicked.
