How do you guys end a relationship?

How do you break up with her w/ as little pain as possible (for you AND her)

How do you want it to end? we had this one on the stylelife forums and we figured that turning wuss would do great! She'll fall out of love and ditch you (since that's the desired outcome, why not push it?), and since she ditches you coz she's out of love with you, you're not a wuss, so it shouldn't affect you... Tip: buy flowers, go on expensive dinners, call her endlessly, keep texting her, make marriage plans out of the blue...

Tell her you are evolving as a sexual being and that the only thing you feel will satisfy your growing sexual appetite would be to involve another woman.

Alternatively, do the mature thing. Meet up with her at a neutral place and explain why its not working for you. If you've made up your mind that you really want it to be over be very firm about it. Perhaps you want her to know that it hurts you to break up with her but that you're absolutely resolute on the matter. You can't be swayed or persuaded on it. The cruelest thing you can do to her (or yourself) is to leave any doubt in there. There'll probably be tears. Don't say 'I hope we can still be friends' or other stuff like that. It's a minefield. If you don't hate the girl and would like to see her again one day in the future say, 'I think it's best if we don't see each other for a while'.

That way she knows you want contact cut off, but not necessarily for all time.
