Hows it going, ya know some men have a higher level of breast tissue than others, this tissue itself can not be worked away but it can be toned. DOn't blame yourself if it is difficult to make any noticable cahnge in your pecks, just keep working on it. So I suggest to you a heavy chest workout.

You don't have to overdo it. Also if you are going to work out chest, remember to work out your back as well.

You can do back and chest on the same day or on seperate but I suggest if this is your goal that you work out chest twice a week.

The best way to get rid of man boobs (gyno) is to lose body fat. Due to the fact that you cannot spot burn fat I would not suggest doing too much chest work as building up muscle tissue there will just make your chest larger relative to everything else, building muscle tissue up everywhere on your body while losing fat weight is your best bet. I speak from personal experience btw: went from 240ish at 20+% body fat with C-cup man tits to 190lbs 11ish% bf with mosquito bites within 2 yrs. It can be done just keep at it. Good luck!
