NYC SARGING! (even if this thread is old I am still down)

All my friends are all worn out! We're all mid twenties and it seems like most of my friends are getting into relationships just for a sake of security. No one wants to approach girls....they just want to sit by the bar and talk about 'how good we were with girls back in highschool'....which was 7 fucking years ago. I've tried motivating....but no one wants to budge (making me sometimes lose motivation).

In Picking up.....I need to improve on opening but I think I'm pretty good at keeping a convo going and number closing. My openings just aren't up to par yet. I consider myself 'funny' in general (however not goofy funny...I don't poke fun at myself) and I feel sometimes girls see this as some sort of weakness. So unless I get past the initial hurdle, I have to witness the same girl oogling over some musclehead with sunglasses at night.

There's plenty of action in the city so if anyone is down either respond to this or private me. Please be at least 21.

I've got a few routines internalized and I'm always trying to add more. What I need is a regular wing. What I'm hoping to get out of a good wing is: motivation to get out all the time (this works both ways), debriefing, and I'm hoping to learn from someone. Plus it is always good to have someone you can sit down with, talk shop and strategize.

I've read VA Handbook, Magic Bullets, and watched that 5 DVD Set of Mystery workshops. I have the framework pretty well memorized and understood. I just to start practicing like a maniac!

I can relate to your story about your friends talking about the "good old days". Its like they totally don't want to try. Sucks for them but at least we're not like that right?

I'm definitely up for it. The strengths I can bring is a solid comfort stage, and I have a pretty eclectic range of topics so I can pin even the doctorate type of women in a solid conversation. I have an apartment at 59th/9th that is a good launching point for the night and have a piano which works wonders. My weakest aspect is opening a set. I'd work best by moving into your set and engaging an obstacle. My visual style aims toward high-scale but doesn't incorporate peacocking items (short of a unique pair of boots or coat).

I am definetly in the same boat. I'm also not just about memorizing a bunch of lines but actually going out and having fun, i just need to make woman apart of that process REGULARLY.
