my name is alex im 17 i been studying pua stuff for a few months
i live in florida im still in highschool
my goal is to be a good pua and probably the first in my family
short term goal-loose AA
long term goals-be popular in school get laid meet new poeple have alot of fun on the way

howed i hear about this?- i heard about this while i was chump looking on internet on how to talk to girls i stumbled apon this which is changing my life
what books have i read? i read atraction formula mystery method revelation
and 1other i can remeber right now

do i think il be successful?yea with time


july 1-2

im 17 and my wing 17
we been studying this pua stuff for like a month me more...
so we decided it was time to stop procrasinating and go do somthing
unless we wanted to die single:(
so last wensday we decided to take the city bus to our friends house who
happens to live near the mall. so we go their we bs around then on thursday
we make our way to the mall we r both nervous in the last year we approached like 5 or so poeple(i know its pathetic)
so we get to the mall and we set a few rules up

1-say hi to anyone who passes us
2-dont be a bitch
3-be social and loose AA

so we go start walking around we passed by poeple we said hey.
we had the whole smile act happy rockstar persona thing down
we r having fun or so it seemed like inside we r dieing of fear
so we continue walking around and after like 30mins we are like

me-dude..we havent talked to any body just said hi to random poeple wtf...
wing-yeah but its hard to wait for that 1right girl to talk too
me-f**k that..thats just AA telling u that every1 is a right person to talk to
wing-well we need a opener
me-yea we do...hmm*thinks for a little*

so i tried it first on some 5's it worked i was nervous was weird tho
so for the next 4hours we go around asking for time stacking forward

we meet like 20girls tons of poeple exploreed got a back rub by a 8
danced inside a clothing store with some random dude
made tons of friends had tons of fun

by the time we left the mall we had cleared alot of AA
but it was only the start
july3
an hour later when we was back at our friends house we got a call from my stepdad. saying we r going camping for the 4th of july weekend we needed to get home tonight!
we think fuck yea this is a good opurtunity
so we catch a ride home do our thing pack/study/get rdy
we goto some kamp ground in st pete burg..thats in florida
as soon as we got their we started chatting with everyone made instant friends.like 15friends in like 40mins we even got to meet a set of males that started blowing up fire works and given us some to blow up too

so we ended that night feeling good
july4th

the next morning was when the fun started we goto the beach

when we got their it was target rich like crazy
so we went and chilled with our family for like 10-20mins then we rolled off on our journey we seen this sand erosion thing and started walking to it well turned out it had algea on it or something i tried to get from ontop of it and fell did like a 360slip so instead of acting all chump like and being mad i laughed at my self and when i tried to get up fell again was fun
well me and my wing turned it into a ghetto slip and slide:D
we slowly had poeple coming to try it was fun boosted our confidence

then we had to leave to continue our journey on the beach we used the time opener and few others we talked to tons of poeple and made our way to hotels cuz their was like a party or sumthing was amazingly fun
1sec we was walking on beach and the next we was in a intense game of volleyball that was the first time i ever played volly ball then after volleyball we went and started talking to everyone then shortly after we left and we got rdy for the forth of july it was pretty cool watching fireworks shoot from the hotels

after that we head down to another beach with the family me and my cuzion started exploring well somehow we ended up at a bar (ofc we couldnt go in)
we chated poeple their we even found money on floor
seems the more we practice social skills the more fun we have
we meet a few cool dudes
we headed back to the family after went home then next monring hit the beach up didnt rly practice their we had that day to ourselfs for acheving our goal

well
all in all our mini goal was complete looose AA and meet new poeple
on our journey to becoming master pua we have had more fun then ever
being a turtle in a shell of comfortzone is boring its time for change il keep u guys updated on our journey to masters

july 11
today i tried to go solo sarging for AA+social skill practice at walmart ..
it failed..i talked with 2 poeple only 1 of which i knew that worked their and 1 random person who worked their

omw to walmart i was like i should try the khaki opener well i tried it but
was on some employee ended nicely but the whole time it was awkword probably cuz she was like 80years older then me

so today is afail

also i set a new goal to do daily or whenever i go out il try and make that daily tho
my goal is to talk to atleast 10poeple i dont know and have small talk for like 5mins boy girl young old doesnt matter
so in a week that could be 70poeple under my belt which should ultimately dimish AA and help with practice frame control

its a big day woot
its currently 4am i just finished my 4th book on pua revelation
i officaly know more then 90% of poeple my age on picking up girls its a cool feeling.. but knowing is half the battle other half is applying it..after all these months of studying its time to work on my applying it to myself and game
i have no more excuses on lack of knowledge its go time!!! !

today i went to walmart to do the time opener to loosen up my AA

when i first got their i was trying but my mind was making up excuses like
he looks to busy or she looks busy...so i walked around for like 10mins-20mins
then said im going in! :)
the first person i asked for time i was tripping over my words it wasnt even hard i was just overthinking it
then i ask more
but by saying "excussme can i have the time please" sounds to asskissing so
i started with hey man(to sound more friendly like i knew him for a while)
hey man can i get the time it worked well

overall this simple task went well and i did11:)
so today was
success

today i woke up late and i just threw gel in my hair brushed it got rdy dressed
i procrasinated to goto walmart and do my 10 a day time ask.... well i kept trying to fix my hair and fix it by the time i went to walmart i accepted the fact my hair looked like crap today

so i went and took like 5mins for my first time approach...as simple as it is can be difficult...
my first ask i triped over my words then walked around and just felt like shit cuz i brung myself down earlier with how my hair came out bad...
in the end i managed to ask the time by 6poeple

so today....was a off day i guess u can call it....
mission failed

today i had a goal in mind was to go even harder at my simple but hard goal cuz i fialed yesturday so
today i was going and my wingman shows up ...so we goto walmart togethor
i tell him the situation and he helps me gr8 wingmanship:)
well i was kinda nervous at first but in all i did 17approaches to makeup for yesturday and i had small talk with random poeple overall fun time im loosing AA
tommorrow ima be going to the florida mall for a few days to try and loose even more AA maybe number close il keep u guys updated as time goes on:)

today we went to the florida mall me and my wingman
i tried the khaki opener on a few poeple just cuz i didnt have a opener
the first person i tried it on was two hb who sold bracelets...they barely talked englished so it was a bit weird but
overall good responsive and semi good conversation

then we went to puma store and tried it on some ugly employee ...she kinda laughed at us and called us dumb ...we neged her back into her place tho :)
we had a small chitchat about her job and fun shit we do then we left she was boring


then while walking around we went into a store and my wingman openered a mixed set of a father and daughter from UK
they had a nice chat then we left...

then we went to the M&M store and my wingman talked to an employe about the M&M hideout
she was overall good responsive we made a new friend

after we went walking around me and my wingman seperated and i seen a hb who was trying to advertise some free car giveaway i opened her and we had a good little laugh... i teased her a bit ...she showed some IOI's most likly fake
she was a hired gun
it went overall well tho


then we walked around and went to a surf shop
and their was this exployee doing this surf practice thing and it looked fun so we openered her teased her a little bit she was fun to talk with then her other exployee came on free line skates and we got to try those overall it was fun and
new experience:)
while talking to the female exmployee i did my neon openerer and asked where i could get cool shirts at
that also went well

poeple then started leaving and the targets was dimished harshly so me and my wingman just left and went to the brook store inside the mall and played "your a jerk' and danced and then we got approached by two notebooks who didnt barely speak english who thought we was employees lol .....they was cute tho tobad they only could talk portuguese ....
then while dancing and blasting music some random kid tried to snatch the iphone was funny we quickly corrected him and kept having fun:)

today was a success fail
we had fun and lost some AA thats what counts

me and my wingman went to the florida mall today with the confidence to approach any1 but we didnt...our Aa is a bitch ....so when we first arrived we was nervous and i was like fuck so i made a opener
its a simple opener
"hey guys quick question do u guys know where to buy a neon shirt cuz ive been all over the place and i cant find any u guys got any idea?*
then id stack forward
with something like "is this mall always this packed?"
then to something like tease/push/pull

then we went to hot topic i tired it on the hb that worked their to get a practice run with it ...it went kinda well managed tio stack forward a bit then we left...

while walking to pacson
we stoped by this dentist dude and talked with a group of poeple from UK
mom daughter and brother had like 10min chat was fun

next approach
we went to pacson and i seen this hb worker who was cute and opened with neon opener...she was given IOI ..
and being reactive...i also noticed whenever i tease a hb worker they get more complient.... so we had a chit chat she didnt know where to get any i teased her about how girls r suppose to be the fashion queens and then laughed a little and leaved...

then while walking around i did my first cold approach to a non employee she was from euro kinda cute
she was very responsive she gave IOI's we talked like 10mins and she wanted to keep talking we had to leave tho... she was fun:)

then we opened a 2set with neon opener they was cool 1 was uglyer then other but overall they was good they was my second cold approach
took away AA they reccomended some stores was cool

after that pretty much the mall got dead and we had to leave


we had fun opening so it was a success

today me and my wingman started out bad
me and my wingman had got dressed up and then had to run to the mall
to meet some dude who was suppose to buy something...but he flaked
we was so sweaty it was bad talk about lowering our self esteem so we went inside the mall from the back of the mall

we sat down like

so we walked around some store and then found like rly exspensive colonge

then when we left we ran into this girl my wingman was talking to for a while
and a girl a new from school so im like acting alpha like its no big deal im like sup guys....she was happy to see me(think she likes me) and my wingman didnt say hi to the girl hes been tlaking with for months they havent meet yet........

then we left in the middle of this we talked with poeple too

today was a success
becuase we turned a shit day into a good day we talked to like 13girls total sounds low but its a good step for us:)

today aug 10 2009
i woke up and i noticed a few things
1 i havent practed in like a week it sounds like a little time but fuck...
but i realised something school starts in 14days... ONLY 14DAYS

lemme give u guys a breif history of my school life
in 6th grade i got expelled from my middle school for the next few years i went to a pretty much 95% all guy school ...so i never realy had to face the fears of talking with hot girls daily... back then i use to hang around the same like 8friends in this little bubble of no friends....

when i went to 10th grade i finaly! manged to get out that all boy school and goto a normal highschool and boy was i scared ..
i knew id be nervous going from 4ugly girls in my old school to 300 hot girls+ in my new i was recking inside of nervous ness.....

at the time i was realy chump i had this problem i use to be cool funny dude like i am and i would let poeple push my boundaries then id get that
"unoffical picked on in a friendly way from friends" kinda like always being amoged...
well so i was like ima stay quiet and only say important shit/funny stuff well i tried it and every1 called me the quiet kid i pretty much let their frame wreck my entire year of 10th grade... so towards the end i got mad as shit
cuz i had like 10friends the entire year and im not some looser im a fun dude

so i started looking up stuff like "how to make friends" how to act cool"
how to get popular fast how to talk with girls how to be funny how not to be picked on... i was rly interested 1thing let to another and another and i found pua stuff but! first time finding it was during summer it was like fake pua stuff tho "pay only 40bucks to look at my bs blah blah blah"

so i ignored it for another few months until i heard of some dude named mystery i googled him i was like OMFG theirs a way to stop me from being such a chump???? wow i was in shock so i started reading pua books in the secrets of my room told no one
first book i read was attraction formula is was ok but when i discovered the mysery method my mind was blown!!! i finished that book like last year march or sumthing maybe a bit earlier...but by that time i was watching videos u know the all i can find pua stuff...

well i told poeple about my study in this game i play...well suddenly my friend becomes mega interested im like bro do it it will change ur life i was applying some of the tactics last year nothing serious
he found part 2 to the mysery method revelation
i read that book my mind was blown away omg
i read and read that book was amazing i woulda never knew about amoged or all the other stuff if i didnt find that book from him...

keep u upto tract so far my 10th grade year failed im near april of my junior year now

so i keep reading i use the tactics they work .tried on family and shit first

like half way threw the eyar in march i met these two mexican girls they was cute...we talked and stuff they was friendly and warming but we had first period togethor and last ti was like everyday i would have to "recourage" myself to approach em like AA was destroying me DAILY!!!

and then at the time they was could sacked with boys wanting to talk with them...so i didnt wanna seem like the kid who is on that girl like her groupies so i was mega nervous....so i would be friends with them and barely talk with them

so by the time school ended i was like i did betetr this year but wheres my awsome highschool stories!!!????? i had 0!!! i never had a Gf or anything it was sad....

another bad exmaple inside school was
i was skipping shcool for like a week i was sick.. their was these two new twins in my class i walked i was social proofed and everything but i wnated to say hi but i couldnt mustard up the courage to talk with them so like 20mins into class i approached em all wrong i seen a boy in my class try like 10mins earlier and he got destroyed!! they shut him down i figured i could be able to do it... at the time i knew nothing about amoged
i went up to em all creepyish i was like friendly hey they looked at me like wat.. i froze and said im alex they was like hey in a get out my face voice...so i walked back to my seat i knew they liked me too i couldnt get past their bitch sheild!!! i tried approachen them like 15times and failed...

i adventualy gave up ....

so the school year faded away with all these girls i knew liked me btu wouldnt admit it and nothing...
so i started reading pua stuff more hardcore ...
made goals for summer
but my sume rultimately first month fail AA won again

but in the begining of summer it was me ricky(my wingman) and some chump we went to bk cuz we know the poeple their ...
we went to eat and as we was walking upto the door this girl ran out and yelled hey alex!!! and say hi to the chump i introduced her to my cuzion

(btw i was thinking of introducing my cuzion to but wasnt sure its a big responsibility id have to trust he wouldnt tell any1 would be able to handle the truth and be gr8)

so we in bk with the girls name is floor......we goto buy something and see this girl yelling at these kids my age im like "hey relax lol i got brother and sisters too who r like that" we chitchat then the girl floor introduces us to her we goto different tables my my cuzion ricky calls em over ..they come and he starts flirting...hes the kinda guy who has game but does it all wrong ... im qauilfying him in my head to be my wwingman
so h talks with them we all do then we goto the playpart
and he was flirting with them i was like fook hes the man!
he managed to makeup with 1 of the girls and get frisky with other i was like hes good
then he was trying to take them on a move to their house they practly invited us but the chump we was complained so we had roll... but that day i learnt hes a good wingman figure

so we walked i prepared him told him ever since hes my wingman
hs pretty good :) minus his AA
anyhow! thats my history until now

get my first HS kiss close maybe a GF

be cool and wanted to be hung out with

have a natural happy personality


so in 14days i gotta loose massive AA and practice comfort and all that more!

i have exceeded my expectation for the summer

but the question is will i be ready!? in 14days

i got dressed went to the store to open 5sets
its WAY harder to do that i couldnt find any at first between that and AA i left the store with a fail for like an hour and then came back walked around
looked for a set as i was walking i seen a set... i think a hb and her mom idk
so i walk past like fuck AA isnt beating me
go back and i go ask my opener and at first they kinda see me then
continue doing what they was doing i think they was stealing tbh or trying to

read something... so for like 30seconds im standing their looking dumb and then im triping over my words like :"can i ask u guys a question" then they looked at me n i ran my opener and everything then they was like they didnt talk english :confused: it was awkword
so i pulled out my gringo spanish accent:)
said "i only little spanish talk" ..in spanish they laughed and i said thanks anyway and left... then i went and talked with a girl i knew their and that was it

today was a fail! but least i did my first store approach harder then the mall cuz poeple at the mall exspect it at stores it takes more courage its like out of the ordinary to be talked to by hot guys:D
so it was kinda a big step for me =)

i got 12more days to loose AA!!! i cant let myself down il keep u guys updated!

i went to walmart to practice my game!
my goal was to open a few people i wanted to leave my comfort zone
i am running out of time to play "hide inside comfort"

so i went i didn't wanna go kinda felt like shit but i went anyway i figured
cant have some sunny days without rainy days

so i went walked in with confidence and walked around i walked alpha like to shampoo isle ... i did my first situational opener some random guy was smelling bod body wash i was like that one smells good but old spice takes the cake and we had like a 3min convo on that (u guys might be thinking why u opening guys????? because i have to be able to open girls and guys in school )

so that ended i walked around i talked with some1 else i think i then wound up running into a girl i knew from school their ...then as i was walking ran into this girl i knew who worked their but i had fun even tho i didn't succeed at getting my goal done i made progress
i did the "change walk" when u walk with change in your pockets and when u hear it means ur walking to fast so i practiced walking alpha in social settings

i got like 7days to go before school!!!

my mission to popularity :)

so today was fail for my original approach girl
and success for learning how to walk and act confident solo

i been watching many stuff/reading notes getting prepared for school ima try and make 20 conversation in school so incase my game "runs low" i can keep the conversation going with my canned topics that will be interesting

so i can not run out of stuff cuz its worse to run low on conversation when u first meet

then 5th period
i couldnt find my team sports class it was such a bitch to find but while trying to find it i met soem freshman she was cute! i used my im lost opener

quick recap i didnt goto school on tuesday cuz i was sick/i missed the bus w.e

soo today i woke up and wasnt feeling good either but my neighbor kinda begged me to come to school so i was like fuck it

monday i been doing my daily studying and watching pua videos

its been a crazy week alot of pressure alot of facing fears alot of determination

this week was the second of school i think it was a good week overall

ive been interacting alot with poeple meeting tons of new poeple and im starting to not have many AA
im starting to build myself that i dont give a fuck attitude
i just wanna have a fun fooking life
i have been doing my chain reaction procress like no tommarrow when i know 1girl and go into group and meet like 5more it works so well

not giving a fuck having true fun
not caring about wat poeple think meeting girls having more fun
being myself and not skipping school
i notice that the main reason i skiped so much school was cuz i didnt have much friends now i do i dont got that problem im kinda enjoying lfie if i keep my current paste up of meeting new poeple il be popular in no time!
im one of the most smiling alpha dudes at my school from wat i seen dont get me wrong theirs cooler dudes then me but they dont smile and they fall into the highschool trap(hanging with same kids)

today it started off bad and i cant say i had hoped it of got good
becuase i had got my hair braided and i didnt like the design to much

its been crazy week guys mid terms and trying to finish my class and being stranded at home:D

well for starters i found out i had a hidden sticking point

hey today was a unique day that will forever of changed me
for many years i tried my hardest to NEVER go into public with
my hair out. because the fact that it gets way to much attention
people have been asking me to do it. for the last years my answer was totally no.
but today was different so i was like hmm instead of thinking about it as messy hair think of it as a oppurtunity to expand my comfort zone.

achievement today
i got dressed put some fr3sh clothes because if i was going to have my hair out i gotta be good eye candy.
so i tied my hair back until 2nd period in school so it would semi controlled

well i took it out it was crazy so much social pressure and i gotta say it felt good. to finally have my hair out it was like conquering a huge fear.

i been working on AA and my game preparing for summer and
