The only reason that is not valid about wearing a condom when getting a BJ as opposed to vaginal sex is the fear of pregnancy. Many STDs that can transfer to the vagina can also transfer to the throat.

Herpes has transferred from pehis to throat to penis. Not to mention a million other diseases.

Also keep in mind when performing oral on a woman, use Syran Wrap to cover the vagina to make sure your mouth doesn't get an infection.
