Girls You Have Known For A Long Time Already

I was wondering if anyone has any good methods to work on the girls you already know for a long time, usually years. I'm talking about the girls you used to have a crush on while you were an AFC. The same ones you see go out with every alpha male who then eventually breaks her heart, but continue to do so, ignoring the fact that your sad sorry ass is available?

Say now you are a mPUA, what approach would you use to getting these girls?

It sounds like you're living in the mindset that I used to have, and I'm currently battling to get rid of. And that is a "Scarcity Mentality."

Though this isn't a DYD forum, one good piece of advice from there is "If you knew you could go out and get 10 girls' phone numbers (although Venusian Artists have come to know that numbers don't mean much), would you still be concerned with getting this girl."

I think it's good to ask this question with every friend with whom you have the desire to "convert" to a sexual partner.

Now, if the answer is a completely resounding YES, then you may want to wait for one of the replys from a PUA on this board. However, a humble piece of advice that personally worked for me (I didn't even think about it at the time)...

On my "adventure" to becoming a PUA, I've developed the attitude that any female friend I have is a potential pivot for me at a social event. It's GREAT, because even though they're your friend and you're JUST FRIENDS, the Jealousy Plotline is AUTOMATIC with the first set you approach. In my case, there's a girl... we'll call her "B." So, I went out with B, and a past hook-up of hers who wanted to be her boyfriend. So, we went to Sandbar, a club/bar in Coconut Grove down in South Florida (btw, I met Mystery & Matador there, once). Now I'm overwei... fuck it, I'm obsese, okay. I'm 306.5 pounds as of yesterday. But, in being *specifically* well groomed (making sure you look better than Joe Guy over there) and wearing one interesting object (pink dogtags that I allow no girls to read and/or touch), she thought it was a crack that I was gonna go and try to talk to girls. Basically, she thought it was gonna be a riot. Well, I didn't start with girls, I started off with making friends with drunk guys at the bar. They were FUCKED UP, and following Style's theory of being more stimulating than the environment around me, I came in acting drunker than they were. I was loud and we were all having fun. This started bringing attention to me. Then, I started my gaming. Unlike Mystery, I enjoy the dance floor, cuz I have the "I don't care" attitude that attracts attention to me. That, along with walking in and dancing with a girl (the AFC guy didn't want to dance, so it was me and her on the dance floor) totally social proofed me to the whole room. Sets blew open from there. Now, I'm still a beginner, so I wasn't doing much after opening except for entertaining groups. Later, we went to another club, Flavor. There, I messed up my first set because I didn't engage the whole group, I just engaged the target. (Little learning lesson, there) So, onto my next set, this one was actually a dare. She hasn't seen me blow myself out, yet, so she was dying to see this. (some friend, huh?) This girl was a latin 9.5. She looked like someone from one of those Spanish Soap Operas. So, because she was so hot, I came in completely with the (very little) material I knew. I opened with the "who lies more" opener. This should have been dangerous, because she was surrounded with two guys, but they loved the convo more than she did. And later, after asking how they all knew each other, it turned out that she wasn't with any of the guys. She just met them that night after her friends went home early. B. was SOOOOOOOO jealous. She came in and was like "I'M LEAVING NOW!" She was my ride, so I was stuck. With no time for DHV's or stories, I had to leave on a flat note.

There's another story with this, but since that one was so long, I'll just get to the point on this one. The next week, we went back to Sandbar (going to the same club is nice cuz befriending staff is HUGE social proof). She laid out a hoop for me to do a silly dance. I refused. Her response... "HOW ABOUT IF ME AND MY FRIEND MAKE OUT WITH YOU!!!!"

Enough said... I think the Jealousy Plotline is the way, ESPECIALLY if you confide in your friend about the other women you're picking up.

Again, I'm very much an amateur at this. I met ***** once, and he looked at me like "are you kidding me??!?" Hey, point is, I'm trying... and I think that this is a good way IF AND ONLY IF this girl is REALLY worth it! Besides that, move on!

I was thinking that Jealousy might work.

But I was also thinking that now, knowing all that knowledge about pick-up, how is it possible (if even), to apply it to this girl? Is it possible to build attraction the same way, without having the fact that she knows you as an AFC come in the way?
