Anthony Robbins has a phenomenal quote in his "Get The Edge" audio series. It goes something along the lines of "There are only two motivating forces in the world. Simply two. The desire to obtain pleasure and the desire to avoid pain." Wars are fought, men killed and relationships destroyed based simply on this fact.
The majority of this community talks about how to get a woman but very little focuses on how to keep one. The simple answer is:
Have her associate good with you, and bad without you.
If you provide a woman with a sensual experience (not necessarily sexual) that takes her from the mudane rituals of day to day life and elevates her emotional arousal to new heights she'll be thinking of it all day. Women (and men) crave excitement and stimulation. It becomes an addiction. It's the reason "Bad boys" are so attractive, they're dangerous.
If you live simply to please women they will chase you to the ends of the world. And by pleasure, i don't mean supplicate. I mean provide them with incredible experiences. Take them on an emotional rollercoaster ride.
When Ivan Pavlov was testing behavioral patterns in animals he stumbled upon a side effect called Classical Conditioning. He accidentally rang a bell every time food was presented to a dog. The food caused the dog to salivate, which helped him eat. After repetitve exposure Pavlov was simply able to ring the bell to get the same salivation response. He had conditioned the dog to react that way even though there was no food present.
If you are able to elevate a womans mood ALWAYS anchor the positive feeling to you by stroking her arm, holding her hand, etc. Even if you didn't cause this feeling. If it was caused by an outside source (a joke a friend told, a funny movie, eating chocolate, etc) it will have the same effect.
In contrast, try your best to anchor negative feelings away from you. This creates a vacuum and she will feel phenomenally good whenever she is in your presence. She will keep coming back. Word will spread about how amazing you make women feel, and you will become a legend among men.
