I'm about a year out of college (25 yrs old) and working a decent paying job (>$50,000).. I'm trying to find something I can do where I can make some extra money and have fun doing it. Most part time jobs I have found pay around $7-$10/hr; my is more valuable than that. What do some of you do to make a little extra scratch outside of your main job? I am financially alright, but would like to start building for my future. I would also like to network with the movers and shakers in the area and do something that would provide me with more than just a little extra money. Any ideas?

If you are looking at networking then maybe working as a bartender would be a good bet. The pay isn't fantastic, but if you are stylish and pleasing to the eyes then the tips could be good (better if you wanna get out of your comfort zone and work at a gay bar).

Plus, you'll be able to game the hot staff members.

If you are willing to go to a bunch of 50th birthday parties you could go become a male dancer. The pay is pretty good and it'll get you over any comfort zone issues you may have. Of course you are grinding your junk on women twice your age.

Beyond that, I would recommend something in sales where you can meet and talk to people. Could you do a commission based sales job? Ideally in women's fashion, or shoes, something where you get to meet lots of HBs. If you are good, you'll make good money doing commission based sales.

Working at a bar is the other good option, the pay isn't great but you can sarge on the clock. Buddy of mine gets a couple HBs every night who are interested in what he's doing after work.
