Alright guys a simple way to lose weight the best advice is the most simple advice. Just stay away from anything white as a general philosophy bread, milk, sugar these things pack on the pounds. If your in your twenties it's easy to lose weight if you just do this for a couple weeks you will shave off pounds if your going to the gym working out properly and eating good portions of meaty diets. It will get you ripped!

I started off at 455 lbs last september, its march and im at around 360, i just eat the serving size listed on whatever im eating, lots of protein I do situps in the morning till i cant get another one out of myself, and at around 5:30 everyday i go to the gym, i do 30 mins of cardio then lift, im lovin it i feel like im always busy...

getting running, is the simplest and most pure exercise of them all
gets the most bang out of your hour too for calories burnt

Dont eat carbs at night and do fasting cardio in the morning. This is the best possible advice. DO NOT skip out on milk, just make it skim milk :). Fasting cardio is cardio where you have not eaten in the last 8 hours. Your body will burn Fat instead of carbs for fuel. This is a great way to lose weight in the morning.... drinnk a protein shake and go for a run (so u dont lose that muscle :)
