While we all know most guys grab flowers because they are pretty, the color you give a girl, especially on V-Day will send a message to her. It may not be a message we meant to send, and some women may reject the notion. Just keep it in mind .

This is from the article: The Language of Roses (http://shopping.msn.com/content/the-language-of-roses-expert-advice-from-julie-mulligan/ctid4148/?contenttext=contentname:the-language-of-roses-expert-advice-from-julie-mulligan&ptnrid=164&ptnrdata=304256&GT1=37000) on MSN. This ensures many women will be reading this article. Most-likely it got the info from women's sources that many women read, and it will be referenced by other articles women read.

Red Says Romance
The red rose says, "I love you." A vibrant and dramatic color, it stands for romance and passion. It's the perfect choice for your true love, the love of a lifetime or someone you want to get the message that it's time to get serious.

White Says Innocence
A white rose tells your favorite angel that they're simply "heavenly," and it's a great color choice for the romantic in your life. White roses also stand for innocence, which makes it a perfect color choice for dads to give daughters or sons to their moms.

Pink Says Grace
Send deep pink roses and you're telling that someone special you appreciate their graceful style and gentle nature. Send them light pink roses and you're saying, "I really admire you." This rose color is just the right choice to send to someone with love "from your secret admirer."

Yellow Says Friendship
Bright, sunny yellow roses symbolize friendship, affection and joy. Send your best friend a bunch of these stunning blooms with a card that says, "You'll be my best friend forever."

I used to buy my wife a rose each day. On V_Day, I would buy her a rose dipped in gold.

Her favorite is the Fire and Ice Rose: (which I guess meant she wanted to be treated romantically yet innocently)

When I could not find them, I would get lavender roses: (Which I think means "sensual") (I liked this one most because the smell was a lot like "Etermity" perfume, which was her favorite.)

When we hit some financial bumps, I would make a paper rose:

One year, after she complained about the todo list I never got to, I made her a bunch of roeses from construction paper and the stem was a thing from the todo list, as well as sexual favors. When she wanted me to drop everything and do something, she would pick that rose and give it to me. i woudl do the task and then either burn or tear the rose or otherwise get rid of it...not in her sight, of course.

One rose she gave me was "Perform oral and make me cum." I did my task, and instead of destroying the rose, i gave it back to her because I loved doing it so much. She redeemed that one quite a bit.

I think I need to learn how to make a paper rose. I can think of a million uses for that!

I think I need to learn how to make a paper rose. I can think of a million uses for that!

I use it as the first opener I teach someone new to PUA. I have them make a rose as I do the same. When we finish, I walk with them around the location and we hand it to a two or more set and say, "This rose goes to the most beautiful women in this place. Congratulations."

At this point I open the set by introducing him and then flow from there.

I tried, "This rose is for the most beautiful woman here...can you help me find her?" The times I have tried it, it goes bad. Great neg, but bad results.

I also use them for my own sets when it is a one set.

Other uses:
Blowing your nose.
The tip cleans wax out of your ears.
Wiping drool off your face.
Lighting a cigarette.

It's a napkin for crying out loud!

Roses! :D
(I love roses)

Nice post Sincerelee!

My mind keeps wanting to turn that napkin rose into colored parchment paper with caligraphy written on it.... now THAT would be cool!

But there's nothing quite like a beautiful rose freshly cut. :)

I tried various papers for the rose. The thinner, and more flexible, the better. Cocktail napkins are a natural choice. If you can find a tracing paper that folds and crumples easily, it might work.
