I've tested this one, i made it myself, and it works pretty well.
The first time you're getting a girls name, before she gives it to you, you say "Hold on, before you give me your name, im gonna forget it, but when i come back, i'll get it again and i'll remember it. Ok, what is your name?" It disqualifies yourself from the beginning, and makes her qualify herself to you. Let me know what you think.
