As most of us are aware the "Game" is heavily dependent on emotions and how we learn to use and control and sometimes manipulate. But I wanted to bring a look into what it can do to us as humans.
A PUA becomes his alter ego... he assumes the identity of that of which he never was really. He learns to manipulate his emotions and then eventually control them to a degree.
I wanted to ask has anyone ever felt his darkside calling to them in there dreams or sub Mind? In my research I have discovered that a dream is actually are thoughts feelings and daily information all crammed into one. Its like a vision into the depths of how we are really feeling and lets face it they do not make sense.
In my dreams I see "ME" with a dark aura around me... granted I am successful I have not really been able to grasp what this is saying to me. Or maybe its showing the power I can abuse if not careful... this is open to anyones thoughts. -- Truth

I have dreams sometimes that actually end up happening later. Freaky stuff. I think yours is just a subconscious projection of a common disconnect that occurs when you get into the community. In time this will fade and you will mend together as one, it's just a dark vs light double identity alter ego sort of thing.

TruTh, it's your "shadow self" that you're feeling and encountering. Look that up - it's a very important concept and is something you will encounter many times in the course of your evolution. It's going to be something you have to acknowledge, understand, embrace, and transform. If you don't, it CAN hurt you and others around you.
Moving this to Inner Game.

Essentially, the shadow self is your standalone negative counterpart - it is the Jekyll in every Hyde. Mine is similar to yours, for years I called it the "man in black". Turns out it was me - but the part of me that does what my ego wish I could.
Embracing and transforming it is key to inner game : basically, once you understand it still is energy, and that all behaviours are appropriate in a given context, you can harness the agressivity of that dark part of yourself in appropriate contexts - and only there.

It's dangerous stuff, for real :) Me, I have a very agressive/animalistic side, and a very tender, cool, and prophet-like "everybody chills" vibe too - for years they were very distinct, which surprised people - they'd get to fear triggering the worst in me more often than not.
Nowadays, I am agressively cool, meaning I am instantly assertive - politely, where appropriate, don't waste time on petty conflicts when not appropriate, and am firm and strong when it truely is time to step up. I get much better results this way - but it's true that one's shadow self can cause harm.
I have to regret having wounded the self esteem of a few people, including ex girlfriends.

Truth, yes, anyone who walks a path of self-evolution eventually encounters the shadow self. From that point onward they must try to understand and work with it, as it will be unavoidable. Some try to ignore it, deny it, fight it, hate it.... none of that works in the long run. That only results in self-conflict, fear, and pain.
The shadow self has all the traits, qualities, characteristics, thoughts, emotions, etc. that you can't or don't want to deal with. Everything you repress or push aside as "not me". It's all that stuff you sweep under the carpet, or the things you hate about yourself. Also, it holds many of the things you fear, even though you know immense power may reside within those things... because with power comes responsibility.
Exploring and embracing the shadow self will indeed allow you to become a more balanced person. You'll discover a lot of things about yourself you didn't know or had forgotten. You'll discover new strengths and abilities you didn't know you had. Your personality will really unfold into something that encompasses all your facets, and you'll learn how to express that in many ways.
In this process you will also encounter a lot of difficult emotions, especially pain and anger, even violent tendencies. Painful things from your past are very likely to reside there. Be patient with yourself.... don't be afraid of that process... don't try to avoid the emotions. Seek to understand where they came from and why you still hold onto them. Figure out how you can direct them into something productive, or otherwise let them go.
Get to know your shadow, but also take responsibility for it. Don't allow it to control you or inflict its pain upon anyone else. Be really honest with yourself, and try to find the root of everything you're seeing within yourself. Once you truly understand it, you can make a conscious decision on what to do with it and how to incorporate it into your self for the most benefit, rather than lashing out at others or yourself without full awareness of what you're doing.

I never knew where I went wrong when i was young... I was so confident.. it changed at some point.. maybe this is the repression of my confidence... my true power.. I have faced my past.. I know that is not the case but... it is fear.. fear to take the power locked away.

Yeah, it can be that kind of fear too. There can be a LOT of power locked away in your shadow, but keep in mind that when you do unlock it, you must do this with awareness and responsibility. If you do it mindfully, there will be nothing to fear, nothing you'll need to restrain to the point of denial.
It would also be good for you to figure out what took away your confidence years ago... your shadow knows the answer to that. You'll have to go back to that and work through it, even if it is painful or embarassing.

It's not as clear-cut and dualistic as "good and evil" or "creation and destruction" though.... it's more a matter of becoming truly self-aware.
Once we truly understand ourselves and the roots of our actions, thoughts, motives, emotions, goals, etc. we can then act according to what we REALLY seek to achieve, for ourselves and others, rather than acting upon fear, ignorance, unnecessary limitations, etc.
