What to do if GF says someone hit on her?

Hey I am thinking this is a shit test.

What is the proper action when GF says some dude was blatantly hitting on her, and then she speaks about how she rejected him?

She could just be seeking ego-validation and reassurance by telling you this. Don't make a big deal out of it, but do acknowledge it... maybe something like: "Awesome, you go girl!" or "Haha, nice." That would hopefully allow her to move on with the subject, unless she's got a more important/specific issue in mind.

If you're out at the bar or somewhere you should see if she can get the guy to buy her (and maybe even you) a drink. It reminds me of a passage from a book written by name namesake, "Surely You're Joking Mr. Feynman". He was a PUA before his time. In one passage of the book his pivot got a guy to buy HIM a drink.

Treat him as an AFC Chump. She wouldn't be telling you about him if she was into him and he was really any kind of threat.

With my gf's, when they tell me that I always kiss them, start some heavy petting and say in a mock exhausted voice, "Sigh....I guess that's what I get for dating the hottest fucking piece of ass around." It's fun and reminds them that they are hot, which is why they're with me and that in a round about way - the other guy is thinking of them as a piece of ass and nothing more. Oh yeah, and this event always leads to some very hot sex. You anchor the idea in their mind that if they get hit on and come home a good girl, they get rewarded.

Nothing. Shrug it off.. Your girlfriend is hot isn't she? Then that'll happen a lot. You're used to it.

Also jokey phrases like these are useful and fun.

it is a shit test, if you act like you care then she will know she can walk all over you because it makes her think that you are afraid of losing her. but you could counter it and say something like well thats funny this girl was checking me out at the store today and wanted to get my number but i told her i had a gf something like that. remember you make her afraid of losing you not the other way around.

My girlfriend said that to me once I just said
"that's because your hot"
she replied "How do I make you jealous?"

So at least in my case she validated it herself that it was indeed a shit test.

Definitely acknowledge it and reward her for coming home and telling you like some of the guys said. Along with joking about it and letting her know you think she's hot.

She's looking for validation and or trying to make you jealous. By doing the above, you give her the validation she wants without losing anything on your end.

I encountered something interesting recently that might intrigue you guys...

I was at a party with my gf recently and she told me that her friend's (who used to like me a lot and we dated one time) flight landed safely somewhere, and I jokingly and light heartedly said that I didn't care much about that info, and my gf replied that I should care because her friend really liked me once.

Anybody ever get DHVed by their gf in front of other people?...this is just meant to be a fun question btw, I'm not really dwelling on it haha
