Guys......freeze outs hurt
I froze a girl out cuz of lmr. 5 mins later i check on her in the living room and she's eating soup, with a hat on, watching tv, with a sour face on.

That must have sucked. But so long as you ran your game correctly, and your freeze-out wasn't too harsh, i wouldn't be surprised to hear there are still some girls out there who genuinely don't want to rush things. LMR does suck yeah, but you know that it's just gonna make the inevitable even more rewarding :P How far did you get with her before you met LMR? With that info we can easily work out a way to handle this, reframe, and keep you as the prize. Kudos for trying man, this only makes you stronger.

Either she was worried about the prospect of this starting a relationship again, and ending the same way. Maybe it didn't go very well when you were together, you weren't very compatible, or it ended badly. She will have been thinking about those things at the time.

She was worried because she would have wanted a relationship, but felt that this was only going to be ONS with you, and she didn't want to let her guard down, and allow her emotions to come out, if she felt this was only going to be for one night.

Depending on who ended the relationship, and why it ended, I'm assuming that the first issue is the problem, but that she also feared old emotions resurfacing. She must have been wondering about the consequences. Where is this going to take us? What will it be like afterwards? Does he want a relationship again? I have an ex-girlfriend that I was considering trying to win back and turn into a FB. But after seriously thinking about what the consequences would be due to our history together, the way our friends would be affected, and also from analyzing how much time and effort would be required to get this to happen, I realized it would be a hell of a lot easier to just find another girl. And a hotter girl at that! If it's with an ex, there's a hell of a lot more emotions and issues to get through when LMR comes into play. It's not just 'will this guy leave me afterwards?', but the other issues I mentioned above. So if you want to go ahead with this still, you have to work out if she would want a relationship again if this happened, or if she would only want a ONS. THEN run attraction again, and make sure she is genuinely attracted to you. If you can make her group of friends love you, this will be a hell of a lot easier. Don't neg too much if she is still insecure about you though, or this could work against you. From experience I find it a hell of a lot harder to make ex-girlfriends attracted to you again, than it is to get new girls attracted to you. Especially if these girls were going out with you before you got into gaming, because guess who is a completely different person now? That's going to be a little daunting for her. You're not the same guy she fell in love with before.

So re-run attraction, and seriously work the comfort part of your game so that she feels she can be comfortable with you. Next time you meet LMR, she should genuinely want it, and not end up eating your soup :P
