I know that everyone talks about motivation but I think it's important to touch on over and over again. I think its important to have it right in front of your face.

I find that the more I do the more I want to do. On the other side I find that the less I do the less I want to do. As in anything in life I think that we need to build momentum which allows us to do more things. I started this project about 10 days ago and in all honestly I could have been done by now but I am not. When I work I work solid but starting is the hardest part. After starting we can all build up momentum and push forward. I think a huge key to being motivated in any area is that you have to have a reason behind the motivation. This reason needs to be in front of your face always. If its in the back of your mind you won't remember it. I know I don't.

Along time ago I was on the idea about creating a visualization board but only recently have I actually started doing it. I have three pictures on there. Starting with the baby steps. One motivating me to get girls. One with something to motivate me to work out and another to motivate me to make money. It's something we need to really have in our rooms. If you don't you should because every time I glance at it it reminds me constantly that I should be working towards my goals. This really motivates me and keeps me on track. It's much easier with something visual there to snap me out of not doing anything and just wasting time on Facebook and start working hard. It's just like approach, jumping in the cold pool but then its fine. Just jump.

Hi

I was going through Hypnotica's Collection of Confidence CD1 exercise, which is to write your goals (everything you want literally).

I was writing all my goals in as much detail as possible and positively n present tense (as affirmations but with clarity and thus longer sentences, but there are many affirmations too). As i did this i was feeling excited and electric writing down all I wanted. Once i finished, i grouped these together and tidied anything up that needed it. (came to 3pages/6.5sides)

After doing this, I began reading this and couldnt feel the excitment anymore I also wasnt visualising everything, but had pictures of the tangible things such as cars or homes etc

So what am i doing right or wrong and how do I get the feelings?

Thank you bro

The biggest part of visualization is not just straight visualizing it, but really visualizing that you are there and that you have made it or you are in your success reality if that make sense.

Feel what it would feel like to have everything you want, see your self with it.

And do it for at least 5 minutes straight every day if you want crazy amounts of motivation.

hope that helps
