"first date" date idea

:confused: ok so i got this idea to have some sort of staged pickup as a date. for example i'd meet my girlfriend at a bar or wherever, act like i don't know her, and find, meet, attract, and close her. I'm not really sure if this would work because she's got a medical issue that says she cant drive for a few months. i made a joke about how she would have to come home with me no matter what :p

Other then that is there a point to this? My relationship isn't fizzling or going flat in any way because I've done a good job of keeping it interesting.

I take girls to zellers/walmart/the bay/ikea etc. we can be jedis at walmart/zellers, we can be a married couple in ikea, and we can put makeup/perfume in each other at the bay....how fizzle is that?

I wouldn't recommend keeping that theme going throughout the whole date at all, but you can always pull it off in a C/F way at the start. Just approach from behind her without her knowing, take a seat next to her, and say 'hey babe, you come here often?' She might find it cute. After that, drop it. It'll just be awkward otherwise, as chances are she actually wants to spend some time with you, not with a guy she 'doesn't know'. There's no reason you can't run some of your routines on your gf anyway, just not made-up DHV stories :P

i guess that joke was one of those "you had to be there" kinda ones. she enjoyed it.

the point is she likes you and you already have her. doing this first date idea would be like taking a step backwards. if you're looking to spice things up (if that is what you were thinking) you should just try something new for a date.
