So, day three . . . had breakfast with Magnus and Zartan, then took the tube to the seminar.
Today, Tenmagnet finished off the seminar, and told the guys from that point on, they had to work on what they had learned, and go out four nights a week, practising the techniques.
They were told they would be given access to the 'Lounge', which is basically a special forum for guys who had attended a live, in-field Mystery Method Bootcamp (I believe that BadBoy bootcamp students were also admitted).
Then, the instructors and approach coaches along with Tenmagnet's French Canadian lady friend, went downstairs to the bar, while the students filled in review sheets.
At the bar, we met one of the UK's (world's?) top PUAs, who I will not name here.
We chatted for a while, and exchanged some stories, then went back upstairs, and that was the end of the bootcamp.
We all exchanged contact details, took some photos together, and said our goodbyes.
The instructors and approach coaches then went for dinner at this pub called 'Shakespeare's Head'.
After dinner, Deepvertigo and I started hitting some sets in the club. Deepvertigo headed towards a Dutch 4 set, and I spotted two Chinese (actually, they were Taiwanese, but I didn't find that out till later) girls sitting in a corner . . .
I walked up to them and casually said 'Hey guys, I'm only in London for a couple of days, and I need to ask your opinion on something. I want to buy my sister a present, should I get her a box of chocolates or a pashmina scarf?'.
HB: Pashmina Scarf, it's more personal.
At this point, I sat down, whilst throwing in a false time constraint that I had to go back and join my friends. I also negged the hotter girl of the two, by asking her if she thought wearing a tartan shirt in London was cool . . .
The target got visibly interested, actually even though it's rare for a Chinese girl to give IOIs (according to Lampshade, Angel Caido and my own limited experience with Chinese girls), she couldn't help smiling at me, and playing with her hair.
I engaged the obstacle for a while, and made sure she liked me.
I found out the target was studying economics at the LSE (London School of Economics), I asked her 'So, tell me 3 interesting things about economics . . . ?'
I talked to both girls, complimented the obstacle, told the target she should take a leaf out of her book, and then invited them both back to our table, to meet my friends.
They agreed, and followed me to the table. I introduced them to the group and they sat down. At this point, Tenmagnet had also brought a girl to our table, and so did Deepvertigo. They had Chinese names, and we struggled to pronounce them, so Tenmagnet proceeded to give them both English names - Angie and Julie! What a guy!! (roleplaying?)
We chatted for a while, and then I email closed both girls.
The Taiwanese girls left, and I joined Deepvertigo, who was in yet another set. Masters also joined us.
It was getting late, and I didn't feel like going out again that night, and wanted to go to bed early. So, I said goodbye to everyone, and headed towards the Holburn Tube station, and caught the first train to Kings Cross.
Got back to the flat and spent some time chatting to Magnus, and he explained the principles behind 'Tapping' to me, and it was fascinating stuff.
The next morning, I took the tube to Heathrow, got on a plane and flew back into Glasgow.
As soon as I had landed in Glasgow, and was in a duty free shop buying some biscuits and body cream for my girlfriend, I got a call from Mist, but that's another story.
IceDragon :)
p.s. I am still in touch with that Taiwanese girl, who I shall call 'Lilly Chou Chou'. She is taking me for a tour of Chinatown when I am next in London, and we have made a deal to be 'best friends' . . . at least that's what she thinks . . . ;)
