I was invited to help out at the February Mystery Method Bootcamp in London, as an 'Approach Coach'.

Magnus was kind enough to let me crash at his place, (Project Kings Cross lol!).

I flew to Heathrow and took the tube into the city, and met Tenmagnet at the hotel seminar room. Shortly, we were met by the students, and the other two Approach Coaches, Cajun from Canada, and Deep Vertigo from Dublin. After a casual chat, we got started, and everyone introduced themselves. I found out that both Tenmagnet and Cajun had sarged with Mystery.

Actually, Tenmagnet used to hang out with Mystery in the bars and clubs of Toronto, before Project Hollywood, so he has some serious credentials, not to mention his game is at another level, as I found out during the course of the bootcamp.

Tenmagnet began to explain the intricacies of the Mystery Method, and went into depth about the various stages. All the students actively took notes, as Tenmagnet was revealing some powerful information.

We started about 2pm, and finished at 7pm, then we all decided we would meet at Tiger Tiger in Leicester Square at 10pm. Tenmagnet and Cajun were going back to their hotel for a nap, and I went with them to drop off my bag, as Magnus was not home yet, and I didn't want to carry a bag around me in the bars and clubs of London!

We got to the hotel, and I met Tenmagnet's pivot, a very attractive French-Canadian girl, and Mystery Method Instructor, Masters. A charismatic guy from California. Tenmagnet and Cajun went to sleep, as they were a bit jet-lagged. Masters and I head off towards Leicester Square, and did a bit of street sarging on the way.

We arrived in Tiger Tiger, got in with a couple of girls, and social proofed the whole club, opened up some sets. Tenmagnet called saying that he was outside with some students and they were going to a club called 'On Anon', in Piccadilly Circus. So, we left Tiger Tiger.

Tonight was the night when the Approach Coaches and Instructors had to do demo sets, so that the students could observe.

Masters did a brilliant three set, and then he asked a student to go into a two set. He did, but came back saying he had been blown out. I said I would re-open them. I found out they were Brazilian, and I re-introduced the student back into the set, demonstrated some kino-escalation, and number-close.

We went downstairs, and I was assigned to another student. I opened an Asian four set, and introduced the student into the set.

I did as many demonstrations as I could, to as many students as I could.

Cajun, accompanied by the French-Canadian girl, did this 'super-set' of about 12 people, mixed. It was fascinating to watch. He said he couldn't have done it without having a pivot on his arm.

Deep Vertigo was on fire, I saw him to some great sets.

Tenmagnet did some amazing demonstrations . . . the reactions he got from girls had to be witnessed, using the Mystery Method.

Basically, this was it for the night. It was all about the students watching us, and understanding what sarging was supposed to look like, so that they could replicate it the next night, under the watchful eyes of the instructors and approach coaches.

I ended up getting 3 phone numbers that night, and time-bridged one for the next morning, a blonde Croatian girl who travelled to Kings Cross, to meet me for breakfast.

However, I had slept in, so I could only spend half an hour with her.
